This lovely holiday house, surrounded by beautiful garden, is located near the Old town - approximately 15 minutes of a pleasant walk.
The stone house is a perfect choice if you are searching for a relaxing type of holidays in Dubrovnik.

The house contains 2 air conditioned large apartments with 5 large bedrooms- the apartment no 1 ( size of 100 square meters) for 6 persons + apartment no 2 ( size of the flat is 100 square meters) for 5 persons. Both flats have private entrances.

This house features two spacious stone terraces that offer nice views of garden in front of the house. Also, there is large barbecue area.

The property has a nice location in terms of being close to the historical centar approximately 15 minutes of walking distance to the Old town, beaches ( 7 up to 10 minutes of walking distance), the supermarkets ( approximately 2-3 minutes of walking distance), restaurants and shopping centers ( 5 minutes of walking distance),etc.

Great Location for Large Adult Family visiting Dubrovnik

This house is set back from a main street and easily accessible to the Old Walled City by walking (about a mile or 20 min walk) or by bus or Uber. It is actually a 2 Story Triplex building and we stayed in the large lower and upper level apartments, which fit our family of 9 easily (6 in lower and space for 4 in upper). The local host, Maria, lives in the third apartment of the Triplex and was super helpful. The apartments were super clean and close to an excellent bakery, pizza shop, Otto Street food vendor, and restaurants about a 1/2 mile walk. I highly recommend this home. Bill C

A very pleasant visit

We took a family vacation to Croatia and spent 3 days in Dubrovnik. We dealt with Aida during the booking process and she was very helpful. She would answer questions quickly and was informative for our inquiries. Upon check in, we met with Marija and she was wonderful. She showed us the property, mapped out routes for us to take to the beach or Old Town. She also provided some drinks for us and recommended some nice restaurants. The rental was more than enough room for our group of 6. It was very clean, had towels for daily use as well as the beach. We were able to park our car and walk to the places we wanted to see. Would definitely rent again if we were to go back to Croatia.
