Welcome to our charming freshly renovated, newly furnished & decorated condo on Kauai’s North shore! Nestled amidst the breathtaking beauty of the island, our two bedroom retreat offers the perfect blend of comfort and convenience. With AIR CONDITIONING in both bedrooms to keep you cool and comfortable, island breezes throughout, 1 gig high speed internet perfect for the digital nomad, 2 smart TVs enabled with Apple TVs, washer/dryer in unit, beach gear, books and games for the family, a fully equipped kitchen to unleash your culinary skills, high vaulted ceilings with an open-concept & spacious layout that instantly feels like home, your stay here promises to be nothing short of delightful. Whether you're looking to relax on the lanai, explore Kauai's natural wonders, or indulge in the local cuisine, our condo provides an ideal base for your unforgettable Hawaiian adventure.

*Bedroom 1 (downstairs)- Queen Bed, A/C, private lanai

*Bedroom 2 (upstairs)- Cal-King bed, queen sofa bed, en-suite bathroom, ceiling fan, A/C, spacious, sitting area, private lanai with partial ocean view

Guests have full access to the whole condo. Parking is steps from the door. The pool is shared with other residents.Condo has washer and dryer inside unit for your use. Instructions for access, check-in, checkout and directions to the home are provided in the house manual.

The place was perfect for us! Very cute decor and everything we needed for our stay (beach supplies, bathroom essentials, AC). We had one small issue with the bathroom shower drain not working properly, but the owners respnded and fixed it immediately. Definitely would stay here again

Perfect house to enjoy paradise

Absolutely a perfect house for a family of 5 with three teenagers. I could have sat on the back lanai the entire trip however the air conditioning when you sleep makes it so comfortable.

What a great place for families! Our family of 6 including 4 kids loved it here. We had enough room for everyone. The location was perfect for visiting Hanalei easily, which we loved. There were plenty of towels and the washer and dryer life savers. Thank you for a wonderful stay. We’d love to stay again!

Don’t think, just book it.

We booked this place last minute and was hoping for the best after quickly skimming through the listing. I HIGHLY recommend this place. It’s clean, perfect location, the hosts are awesome, and the home is beautiful.Just book it, you won’t regret it.

An Absolutely Wonderful Stay! Highly Recommend!Our recent stay at Nick & Jackie’s property was truly fantastic, and I can't recommend it enough! The location is unbeatable, perfectly situated for everything we wanted to do.The host and property manager were incredibly great and attentive. Their communication was excellent. When an unforeseen shower door issue arose, both immediately addressed it, even late at night, with remarkable speed and professionalism. I was truly impressed; their responsiveness minimized disruption and showed true dedication.The house was immaculately clean upon arrival. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything needed, including a Keurig with four different coffee flavors – a welcome convenience! The grill with a spare propane tank was a fantastic bonus. The AC worked perfectly, keeping the bedrooms wonderfully cool.This property offers a comfortable, home-away-from-home experience, backed by an outstanding team. We would absolutely love to stay here again!

Comfortable Family Rental in Princeville

Our spring break on the North Shore of Kauai was absolutely fantastic! This was hands-down the most comfortable rental we've ever stayed in. We really appreciated the well-appointed decor; it felt stylish and homey. The subtle Disney theme was a nice touch, adding a bit of fun without being overwhelming. Plus, having beach equipment available was a major bonus. The bedroom arrangement was perfect for our family. My son thought the sleeper sofa bed in the master was comfortable. My mother-in-law slept in the downstair bedroom and had her own bathroom. The kitchen was incredibly well-stocked; we had everything we needed to cook meals. The kitchen and living room area was a great gathering space for our family to hang out. The awesome sectional couch was a huge hit – enough room for everyone, perfect for lounging and relaxing. We watched a movie together almost every night. The short walk to the Westin with its mini market was also very convenient and a nice surprise. Communication with the owners, Nick and Jackie, was excellent. We would highly recommend this rental!
