Hanalei Bay Villas #22 is a spacious two bedroom, two and a half bath, two story stand-alone condominium. With an additional queen size sleeper sofa, this unit sleeps six comfortably. Beach access is available past the 1 Hotel Hanalei Bay next door. Views include the Hanalei Mountains and Princeville Makai Golf Course. There's a private lanai off the primary bedroom on the lower floor. Or enjoy the views and the breezes from the upstairs lanai off the living room. The interior has been beautifully remodeled recently - new ownership has added upgraded kitchen inventory. The gourmet kitchen with beautiful granite counters will satisfy the senses. We've even included AC in the bedrooms. When you step across the street, you'll be treated to expansive open ocean views - perfect for watching surfers, snorkelers, and whales! Sunset skies will greet you all year long, with the sun setting in the ocean during the summer months - watch for the green flash. This unit is set back from the street for better privacy. The complex is located in te resort area of Princeville, offering a variety of shopping, groceries and restaurants nearby. The Makai Golf course just half a mile up the road offers 18 holes of world famous golfing. A five minute drive takes you down to Hanalei Town, playground to surfers, swimmers, and sun lovers. When you headquarter in Princeville, the whole north shore is at your command. Go west to Hanalei, or further west to Wainiha and Haena - the beginning of the Na Pali Coast Trail. Go east to Anini, or further east to Kapaa. Getting to Poipu on the south shore takes just over an hour. Main bedroom has a king bed, guest bedroom has a king bed that can be made into two twin beds if requested.

Beautiful Villa Excellent Location But Some Drawbacks

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This villa is in excellent condition and in a beautiful location in Princeville close to the Makai golf course and 1 Hotel Hanalei Bay. It is literally across the street from the trail down to Hideaway Beach and has great views of the mountains and Hanalei Bay. It is quiet and peacefull. The only drawbacks are spotty WiFi service and almost non-existent cellphone service. It is not the place for someone who has to work remote while on vacation. The kitchen could use some extra cookware (very few storage containers for example). There are beach chairs and an umbrella and portable coolers but no boogie boards, goggles or other beach gear. Overall based on location and quality of the villa itself I give it a 7 out of 10 only because of the Wifi and cell phone issues.

The cool breeze helps keep the condo cool. Our best memories were sitting on the lanai and enjoying the beautiful views and chirping birds. Hali & Janet at Napali Properties were wonderful and accommodating even allowing us few extra hours after check out since our flight was late at night. We will definitely be back and thank Napali Properties for having such beautiful condo. Thank you!!

Extremely clean, well appointed kitchen, bedroom A/C for sleep time. Gorgeous view from the deck overlooking the golf course and mountains - perfect way to relax any time of day, but especially the morning as we watched rainbows come and go our last two days there. Close second favorite things are the huge, comfy beds - restful recharge for the next day’s adventures. Would definitely stay here again.

Book it! No regrets!

Beautiful location, beautiful stay! We spent 10 days at this condo and we were so thankful for our time there! The AC in the bedrooms worked great, very thankful for that! Open all the windows up when upstairs and the upstairs will cool down with the breeze. Beds and pillows were comfy enough. The main bed could use an upgrade as one side is worn down. No issues with bathroom - but for curly hair girls, there’s a hair dryer available but unfortunately no diffuser attachment. Bath soap, shampoo, and conditioner available was appreciated - though it unfortunately seemed to dry out my hair so we wound up purchasing our own shampoo/conditioner at the local store. The kitchen is complete -we enjoyed dinner and lunch at the condo several times to save money which we were grateful for. Easy to use and to clean stove top, blender, coffee pot, microwave, grill, and Brita filter we appreciated. We made good use of the beach chairs and umbrella. We wished snorkel gear was available, that’s the one thing that I was disappointed to not find in the condo. Hopefully it can be included in the future. Washer/dryer worked great. The location is hard to beat - we enjoyed our walks to 1 hotel for views and breakfast and the many steps to the beach access were worth it. It was fun to visit the farmers market and to walk to Nourish Hanalei and down through the old Club Med area (definitely recommend that!). Overall, we loved this condo and would absolutely stay here again! Mahalo!

Amazing Villa!

Had an amazing time staying in Villa 22! Amazing views of the golf course with a sneak view on Hanalei Bay and the Mountains. Great location near Queens Bath and Hideaway Beach. Great communication with host. Villa has everything you need and super clean.

Everything was easy and as advertised. Perfect private location. Lanai views were a 10. Easy walk to the beach. Everything we needed at the condo for relaxing, cooking, and going to the beach. Perfect Home base on the North Shore. Fun to take a 5 minute walk to 1 Hanalei hotel for sunset viewing and drinks at the Hotel bar terrace.

The AC in the bedrooms is great for sleeping if needed. The tradewinds that blow through the top floor feel so nice. The view from the decks blew our minds, we loved watching the golfers and searching for waterfalls on the mountains. The parking spot is great, easy to find and close to condo. We have traveled to Kauai every year for almost 30 years and this was by far our favorite condo/location.Lots of restaurant options so close and walkable. We enjoyed hideaway pizza, hanalei bay resort bar (happy talk),tiki iniki and foodland (for ready made food and groceries).The management was super responsive and helpful.

One can lay on the couch and have magnificent views of the golf course and mountains. It’s set back from the road and is not attached to another villa. Has a small yard around it with trees and bushes. Lots of natural light with windows everywhere. Zero complaints. For restaurants I recommend driving 10 minutes to Hanalei. Tahiti Nui is delicious and affordable. For breakfast, there’s a food truck in Princeville called Saenz Ohana. Get the half order of Eggs Benedict for $12.

Outstanding property!

My sister and I were blessed to have stayed here for a week at the beginning of November. The condo was spotless and had everything we needed, and then some. The beds were super-comfortable and the bedrooms were roomy and bright. The two lanais with their amazing views were much appreciated. The location was perfect; right between Hanalei and Anini beaches. The entire Princeville resort area is just beautiful. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again, hopefully soon!

Loved our stay!

The location and the villa were both better than expected. The views of the golf course from the villa were amazing and it was an easy walk to the beach or the five-star 1 Hotel. The air conditioners worked really well in the bedrooms and the breeze was enough to cool the rest of the house. We were two adults and a teenager, and everyone had more than enough space to relax. We would definitely stay here again!

Amazing stay.

Incredible sensations. The views of the mountains and golf course are fantastic. This is real paradise. The house is beautiful. Very clean, big and with all amenities. We enjoyed every minute of our time in Princeville. The beach with sea turtles is not just one or two - dozens of turtles!!!! Silence and birdsong. We will definitely be back again. Thank you so much!!!
