Experience all the Sebago Lake Region has to offer at this spacious waterfront home on Raymond Pond. Bring your family and furry-friend along to enjoy the beautiful sunrise views each morning and create everlasting memories roasting s'mores around the campfire at night. The yard is mostly level, featuring a lawn area and natural ground cover leading down to the waterfront. The shoreline is rocky, with 6 steps leading to the dock and an additional 2 steps from the dock into the water. The dock can accommodate up to a 20' boat, and for recreational use, the owner offers 1 paddleboard, 2 kayaks (1 single and 1 double), and a water mat. The property is conveniently situated, with easy access to local activities, restaurants, and shopping.

2025 Rates: $358/night PEAK season $286/night LOW season
***The week of July 6-12 is only available Sunday through Saturday***

- 1 dog max with $100.00 pet fee
- Window A/C unit in all upstairs bedrooms

Very Disappointing

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Raymond Pond was exactly what we wanted--quiet & swimmable. The views from the back deck and dock were fabulous. Upon arrival, our excitement was dampened when the only entrance was through the garage that reeked of mold & mildew. The deck and outside furniture were filthy. Fortunately, Krainin Realty arranged to have the deck and chairs power washed. During our stay, the sleeping loft with the trundle bed was not an option due to no windows or air conditioning. The three bedrooms had window a/c. For the remainder of the house, two fans caked in grime were provided. This house has potential, but even after the Krainin emergency cleaning, it still needs a thorough cleaning and regular maintenance. We will not return and we do not recommend this house.
