Crystal Sands 110A - Amazing

Our family booked this condo and it was amazing. There was 4 adults and 1 kid and it fit us perfectly. Mitch was amazing at communication and the house was just as described. Private beach and chair service was a huge plus. We will 100 percent be staying here again in the future.

This place is amazing with its beautiful view to the ocean. Literally steps away from the beach! The home was very well equipped with all your home necessities and parking was never an issue. Very well maintained and clean…the A/C worked soo good in there too! Overall one of the best places we stayed in!

You will love it!!!

We have vacation at this property for many years… it has always been clean and me and my family/ friends have always felt safe.This condo is updated and comes with anything within common reasoning you would need. Open the door and step right to beach!

Awesome location, condo is as described and well stocked. We purchased extra paper towels & TP, but didn't need it! Will definitely stay here again, we love Crystal Beach!

Peaceful Getaway

The condo was beautiful and well laid out. It was exactly what we needed. We opened the glass door and enjoyed the sounds of the waves, so peaceful! The location is great for getting to restaurants and shopping but not noisy and crowded. Plan to return!

Everything you could want for a Beach Front Vacation!

Beautifully decorated, Felt like home but on the Beach! Oh, did I mention the beach is mere steps away from the ground floor unit? Parking is great and you don't have to worry about elevators! Close to everything, We highly recommend!

Most beautiful condo

This was absolutely the best stay since coming to Destin over the past 15 years. The condo is beautiful and you cannot beat the view from the patio. We will definitely be staying here again!

Very nice condo and right on beach

The condo was very nice. Was well kept and had all the amenities we needed. Good location and nice to be able to walk right out to the beach. The management company was very responsive with our questions prior to stay and we had no issues during our stay. Would definitely recommend this rental!

Great and relaxing experience

We spent nearly a week at this oceanfront condo and had amazing time. The place was neat and clean and quite comfortable. We really enjoyed our time on the prestine beach and I could not have asked for easier access, just walk out your sliding glass doors and your on the beach. I definitely will come back and stay again with my family.

“Private “beach outside your door

7 day stay . 2 adults . Very clean . Kitchen well stocked and provided everything needed to prep meals . Blender , coffee pots ( one for k cups) . Electric hand mixer . Toaster . Great outdoor space within steps to the sand . Ground level exit onto board walk straight to the beach. Foot shower along the board walk . There are several steps along the boardwalk to the beach. The pool was mediocre but children seem to enjoy it and it’s warm. Great location just outside the busiest part of Destin. Outdoor grill available though we did not utilize this amenity. Beautiful beach and clear emerald water with beach service ( umbrella and chairs ) in front of the complex ( first come first serve for the complex - we had to “reserve “with beach towels around 630 am- they could greatly improve on this by allowing people to reserve by name and/ or unit number ). No other umbrellas or canopies allowed in front of complex which essentially creates a “private “ section of beach for the complex. Note : the parking lot and road were noisy for the guest in the primary bedroom. Parking is a few steps from the entry door and bedroom window . King bed , 3 hallway bunks and a sofa sleeper: Grocery , gift shop shopping center and restaurants near by. Well equipped. Beginning supply of detergents, trash bags, tissue, paper towels were provided . Beds were comfortable . Closet space is limited to the primary bathroom . Sliding doors for the bathrooms and bedroom limit privacy .

Perfect getaway on Crystal Beach!

If you are looking for a long weekend away and want beachfront access, this is it! The condo has been remodeled and makes a comfy place to relax! Quiet and instant access to a private beach is the best. Warren Rentals is extremely easy to book through. We had no issues upon arrival. Definitely will visit again!
