THE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION HAS ADVISED US THE ELEVATOR WILL BE DOWN FOR 3-5 WEEKS BETWEEN JANUARY & FEBRUARY. THE EXACT DATES ARE NOT KNOWN PRESENTLY. DURING THIS TIME YOU WILL NEED TO USE THE STAIRS TO GET TO/FROM YOUR CONDO. WE APOLOGIZE FOR ANY INCONVIENCE THIS MAY CAUSE.

If you deserve a beach vacation with beautiful scenic views and a well-appointed, well located and a well thought out design, then you owe it to yourself to check out Emerald Dunes 303.

This Beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bath Destin vacation rental sits right on the white sand of the much sought after Crystal Beach area. Not only is it beach front, but it’s also close to area attractions, shopping and restaurants. This roomy and comfortable unit has been recently remodeled and updated with stylish upgrades throughout. The relaxing living area is open to the ample sized dining area and well-equipped kitchen with new granite counter tops and stainless appliances. The Master suite features postcard perfect Gulf views and incomparable King size comfort. The attached ensuite offers an attached private vanity/dressing area and a massive walk-in shower. A guest room with another King bed shares a hall bath with a second guest bedroom with a Queen bed.

Besides the beautiful beach with its’ expansive dunes and swaying sea oats, Emerald Dunes also has a pristine, sparkling swimming pool and a luxurious hot tub surrounded by lush palms for your enjoyment. Emerald Dunes is a private, gated condominium with amenities that include the large pool, hot tub, gas BBQ grills, boardwalk showers, bathrooms and seasonal beach attendants. Along with all amenities, guests appreciate the private low density setting (only 27 units) and private dune walkover to the beach.

GREAT LOCATION! Located on the west end of Scenic Highway 98 in Crystal Beach, the property is within walking/biking distance of local shops and restaurants. When it’s time for dinner, Camille’s, a favorite local restaurant known for their fresh sushi and intimate bar, is just steps away. During the day, Camille’s sidewalk café serves a limited menu of coffee, smoothies, breakfast and lunch items and local brews. Also nearby, guests will enjoy access to Publix (grocery store) and Destin Commons, featuring a bowling alley, movie theater, restaurants and diverse mix of shopping opportunities.

NOTE: Emerald Dunes is a SMOKE FREE, TOBACCO FREE property. No trailers, jet skis, RV's or boats are permitted.

I suggest adding more toilet paper, and other small amenities to the condo--trashbags, soap, and other items for the guests to properly maintain the unit.

We enjoyed our stay! The gated entrance was so convenient! We received all our codes in a timely manner and felt very safe there. Everything was clean, organized and as advertised. The beach was wonderful! We really like that our beach chairs and umbrella were set up with our name on them for easy access all day long! This location is near lots of restaurants and entertainment. The pool was clean, well maintained and we enjoyed that as well! The carts for loading and unloading were an added bonus that we weren’t aware of. The elevator was also in good working order. We were very thankful we didn’t have to tote luggage up 3 flights of stairs! The beds/pillows were very comfortable, clean and crisp. The living room and kitchen were beautiful and we loved all the TV’s in each room for bedtime relaxation after fun days! I would recommend this place to everyone!

Mother daughters trip!

The very first thing I noticed when I walked in was how very very clean it was!! It smelled disinfected not just air freshener. This place was perfect it was the best view with a great balcony! This was perfect for myself and my 2 daughters. We all had our own bedroom for privacy. So much space. And the shower was incredible again so very clean. I would stay here everytime I will never look for another place in Destin to stay. The location was amazing! Close to everything! I just loved this vacation! The very best place!!

My family had a great time.

Our family at a great time at this unit. There were a few things that were inconvenient but not necessarily a deal breaker. The parking is for two vehicles only. We brought a 3rd as we had 3 couples, children, and luggage. And we had to park the third vehicle off site a few miles down the road for $20/day. There are a lot of condos like this but I just didn’t see it mentioned until the day before when I got the check in info. Make sure to bring extra trash bags as you’re only given 2. Which isn’t many for 8 people. And check out was at 9 which is very early. I just wish it were at the usual 11. Over all the condo was super clean and in a great location. The beach is nice and not over crowded because it is cut off from the public part of the beach. The view was amazing! Just like what you see in the pictures. We would stay again.

First time fun at Destin

The property is as described - nice condo, beautiful view of the beach, chill complex, pool and hot tub, nice neighborhood, and private beach access. Riley the beach dude was super helpful. For a property at this price level and this close to the beach, I would have expected more amenities provided. The bath and kitchen were very basic and partial for soaps, and there was nothing for the beach beyond the complimentary 2 beach chairs and 1 umbrella that Riley setup. Other beach properties I have been to have provided coolers, chairs, beach towels, toys, and even body boards. We purchased and left behind a small cooler and some beach toys. The listing could be improved to help set expectations on what to bring. Overall the property is nice and as described, it left me wanting a bit more though for a total experience at this price.

Great place!

Everything was pretty much great except the pillows! They were really bad in all bedrooms—huge and way too thick to sleep on. That would be the only thing I would change. Loved that it was gated and inside and outside was well maintained. Loved being in the 3rd floor in a small complex. We would definitely stay again!

Great place!

This condo was very clean and in a great location. The building does not have a lot of units so the private beach area is not crowded. Would recommend if you’re looking for a great condo on the beach.

Emerald Dunes is located in Destin, FL on the beachfront with only 6 stories. It has gated beach access and is located in the heart of the Crystal Beach Neighborhood. This is a more private resort than others in the area and provides a Tobacco Free experience. There is a pool that is heated seasonally as temperatures drop in the winter plus an outdoor hot tub. Beach chair service is setup for guests of 2 chairs and 1 umbrella each day from spring to fall.
