Please read all before booking as we wish to provide the best vacation but it is Designed 4 SOLO ONLY budget travelers. A place in a chic gated community w/ access to the its own beach. Air condition is not included in the price an additional fee of $10 per day applies, there is NOT hot water, the weather in The Bahamas is VERY Sunny and It is so hot that it will not be needed believe me.
This cozy place has one bedroom, little Kitchenette where you can prepare sandwiches and salads, a mini refrigerator with freezer, a microwave and water pot to make coffee/tea. Food store is less than 2 minutes walk, famous Pink Octopus restaurant and Palm Cay is a stone throw away. A Form of Identification will be required to enter the gated community. Wifi in the island is not the best so it is limited to hot spot locations only. Your host is a former diplomat so is opening the doors to provide an opportunity to enjoy The Bahamas in a budget friendly way. You will simply fall in love with Tiny Home with the calm, peaceful and beautiful location, Sandra is honor to host you and be of service. Airport pick available w/ proper coordination.
Please do not bring an extra person when booking only for one or ask to add another person for a fee, This is for SOLO travelers only, if you do not comply, your reservation will be canceled and no money will be returned, I have had several incidents where guest pretend it is only one person and bring a companion, this is a gated community and persons disobeying the rules will not be allowed back inside with no money back. The host was very helpful and did what she could to make my stay comfortable. The place is definitely small yet quite comfortable for those ready to relax and unwind. There's a grocery store within an easy 10 minutes walk which was a nice surprise.

My experience at La Casita was 10/10.Sandra is an amazing and kind host. She made sure I was comfortable throughout my stay. The community is very beautiful and felt very safe as a female solo traveler. I would 100% recommend Sandra and her property and would stay there again.

Perfect place for solo budget traveler. No hot water but I love cold showers. The location is so pretty a gated complex with sea, park, friendly neighbors and a in house pet named Happy. Who is very happy. I am happy

Sandra is an amazing host and a very positive person. She helped me with any of my questions before and during my trip. The property is located in a very calm and secured community. Tiny House is exactly as described - solo travelers will have all they need for a budget stay. Little kitchen with necessary amenities, shower and a spacious terrace to enjoy calm evenings. Grocery store and bus stop is 5 and 10 minutes away.Highly recommend to the people who want to explore Bahamas and deeply connect with a beautiful nature.

Sandra, the hostess, is a really kindhearted woman who will do anything for the travelers to have the best experience in the Bahamas for the lowest price. She drove me downtown on the mornings, and she showed me many places that I could visit for free, even some places that weren’t on the internet. I definitely recommend this place because you have your own equipped tiny house near the beach (7 minutes walk), and Sandra that’s willing to help you for anything.

Home Construction WORKERS were doing repairs in my private outdoor space. 3 consecutive days morning through afternoon. COULDN’T enjoy my mornings outside, very imposing and I felt extremely uncomfortable.

Dear Connie 1. You asked if you can bring a friend and when I told you please read the house rules therefore the anwer is NO. I t for solo travelers ONLY, you got upset and decided to give me the worst score ever as revenge. 2 I invited you to my elite beach club paid your day pass, you said it was wonderful and you were very happy and yet gave me the worst score possible. 3 You found a lame excuse which is minor work on wall craks since I leave near my own private beach and sea deteriorates walls to give me the worst score ever 4. This is a private gated community, it is very safe so it is NOT true you felt unsafe. Please take a moment to read all the other comments 5. I pray that you find peace all I know is that I gave my best to you and you NEVER said you were not fine, actually I had the impression you were happy but you cant give what you dont have 6. I am happy and will continue to host to honor all my guesr that have given me 5 stars. God bless you

Tiny home is far from down town because it is a retreat for relaxation and local living with its own beach and private club with restaurants and bars. A bus to down town is only $1.50 and in 20 minutes you are in downtown, getting the best of the two worlds. Best regards, SPLK.

Worth it!

I loved my stay at Sandra's accommodation! Sandra herself is a very interesting person and a really generous host, she definitely made sure my stay was comfortable and special. The house itself has everything you need, a big comfy bed, AC and ceiling fans, a fridge/freezer, a kitchenette, a hammock, its own entrance and more. There is a convenience store across the street and a supermarket a 5 min walk away. The location is safe but is a little far from downtown Nassau and you either need to take a bus or a taxi but that wasn't an issue for me. Thank you Sandra!

Treasure Cove is friendly, super save, with its own beach, you can't ask for more but there is more, a park, basketball court, soccer field, food store in less than 2 minutes walk, bus stop in 5 minutes, ice cream shop right across the street, you will be in the perfect location with Palm Cay Beach Club next door and its amazing restaurant Pink Octopus with very reasonable prices.

Tiny Home comes with its own private beach, with pristine clear water to snorkel and relax. It is far enough from down town but so close that with $1.50 via bus you can be in the noise of the city, Tiny home also comes with access to Palm Cay an exclusive member's club with stunning beaches, pools, etc.
