Welcome to this charming cabin in the Adirondack Park. It is surrounded by beautiful lakes and hiking trails. The Great Sacandaga Lake is 15 minutes away as well as other lakes. Caroga, Canada and Peck to name a few.
You can find The Northville-Lake Placid hiking trail literally down the road as well as some smaller not so well know trails. You can do a day hike to Chase lake through the Shaker Mountain Wild Forest.
We offer hunters exclusive access to NYS land not accessible to the general public (send us a message for the details).
This cool and peaceful retreat is the perfect getaway for guests seeking a fantastic vacation experience all year long. With 1 cozy bedroom, 1 bathroom, full kitchen, a loft and pull out couch you'll find all the comfort you need. Stay connected with WiFi, and stay comfortable with heating and AC.

The cabin was very clean, cozy and comfortable. Loved the decor with a true cabin feel. Just the right amount of space for the two of us to enjoy our combined anniversary/birthday get-away. Peaceful, fairly private setting, yet not too far from shopping or venturing out to enjoy scenic views in the area. I would not hesitate to rent this cabin again.

Peaceful oasis

This cabin is so beautiful, cozy and rustic. The moment we pulled in, we immediately felt relaxed and that feeling lasted the entire trip.

Small commode, very thin tp. No linens for extra sleeping areas in the loft or pull out couch. No backup for power outages, we experienced this. We had a good stay otherwise & overall enjoyed the rustic cabin.

The commode is a standard size. The cabin is on a septic system not city sewers so the toilet paper can not be to hefty as not to clog anything up. We are sorry if this is not up to your standard of comfort but it is a necessity. There are extra sheets in the large storage container in the loft. Occasionally the cleaning crew will take them out to be cleaned even if they havent been used just to freshen them up. We apologize if they were not returned. If there were a need for them I can always be reached personally either through VRBO or my cell phone. The power was interrupted by a downed tree and was restored within 2 hours. We are sorry for that inconvenience. We do monitor and get alerts on the power outages. If the power was going to be out for an extended period of time we would provide a generator or power bank. Again we apologize for any inconvenience you may have encountered during your stay.
