This modern house with 3 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, and a private pool has all the amenities for short or long-term stays. The house is conveniently located in a fashionable and elegant gated community with private access and 24/7 security, a very short distance from the beach and just 20 minutes from the city of Mérida. You will have access to the beach club with a restaurant and kayaks for rent, a private filtered pool with a water feature.

Our beds have high-quality sheets and pillows so you can rest peacefully, the house has a smart TV and internet, so we suggest you bring your brazier.

Enjoy our terrace and gas BBQ, swim in our private pool with water feature, and don't worry about bringing your towels, we have plenty of them for you to enjoy every day.

In our kitchen, you'll find plenty of counter space and storage.

You will have full access to the house and do not share any areas of the house. The gated community also has a shared common area with a swimming pool and children's play area and preferential access to the most exclusive beach club in Chelem.

As a guest you will also have access to the "Playa Bonita" beach club a short distance from the private area, where you will find a pool area, lounge chairs, showers, restaurant, and other amenities, you can enjoy the impressive views of the emerald coast.

Love Chelem

The place is nice, and we definitely enjoyed our stay. The little pool is surprisingly refreshing and definitely a highlight of the house. Everything was clean and the area is super safe. Check-in was great, Veronica was very responsive while checking in and getting settled. And we loved Chelem, Progresso, and Merida. Such great places with wonderful people. I think those wanting to visit should know that there is a fine for going over 20 kwh on the electric bill. We only used the downstairs and the master bedroom and used the AC units for those two areas. We kept them a 24 C, which is just over 75° F. Our fine for 10 days was $140 US, and we actually left a day early. We also made several attempts to contact Veronica on Sunday to let her know we were leaving early so we could do the joint inspection on Monday. Granted it was Sunday and short notice, but we made the attempt. Even with the fine, we would stay there again, we would just budget the extra money, and everyone else should too. It really is a nice place in a nice area, with great people.
