**PRIVATE PICKLEBALL COURT** *HEATED SALTWATER POOL + SPA* Your family will feel at home in this newly remodeled single family home, just minutes to the #1 beach in the USA and downtown Sarasota! With a large backyard featuring a fire pit and swing for the kids and a pickleball court, comfortable beds, a large open kitchen stocked with essentials for preparing meals, you may never want to leave! The location is convenient to several grocery stores, many restaurants and shopping and minutes from Siesta Key! ***PLEASE NOTE** There is one security camera on each side of the house facing the side yard, one on the porch facing the driveway, one under the carport facing the side door, and a Ring doorbell on the door under the carport. There are no devices inside the house.

Fantastic property with excellent amenities

Our family stayed here during our spring break this year and had a really great time. The property has tons of amenities including a private pickleball court and a HUGE back yard. Would definitely stay here again! Thank you Sara and family for a great stay!

Family Gathering

Banyan Cottage was absolutely delightful! What a happy, bright house with everything you can possibly need and more. Sara was the perfect hostess with quick responses to any question. We are already looking forward to returning for another visit.

Hi, we are Dan and Sara from PA, and we love to host both here in Sarasota and at our Airbnb located by our home in PA! We enjoy traveling and discovering new places, and seeing all the beauty, exploring downtown, relaxing by the local beaches here in the Sarasota area.

This home is located along a quiet dead end street, but close to the best that Sarasota has to offer! Crescent Beach is located 3.5 miles away, Siesta Key Beach is 4.5 miles away, Turtle Beach is 5.5 miles, Lido Beach is 9.2 miles and Venice Beach is 15 miles away. Downtown Sarasota is only a 15 minute drive to explore all the wonderful restaurants/shops along Main Street and University Town Center with many many options for dining and shopping is 11.5 miles away.

Our newly renovated cottage sits on a beautiful lot with a large backyard featuring a private pickleball court, fire pit, and a tree swing. There is plenty of off street parking and we are located on a quiet dead end street.
