Horrible doesn't even begin to describe...Stay away from this rental and Square House properties
BEWARE! I arrived around 1am after a long day of travel to see trash cans overflowing with trash on the ground, an overgrown lawn, and the garage light on. I pulled around to the front of the home, checked the address, and realized I was at the correct place. Scared that I was about to walk in on someone, I entered the code to the front door and walked in to see a roach. I walked to the garage to see if someone was in there and saw a filthy garage with clothes lying on the ground by the washer. I also noticed that the overall condition of the property was filthy, but was exhausted and had a migraine, so I decided to get some sleep and see what I was dealing with in the morning. When I woke up, I realized how disgusting this home was. The walls and carpet were stained, there was mildew in the master bedroom (clearly water damage that was not properly cared for), the light switches were soiled, there was mold and mildew in both bathrooms on the floors and the showers, dust-caked vents, and the furniture was stained. The couch in the living room had a large gross stain on it that made me afraid to sit down. The clothes washer was dirty and there was a plate in the dishwasher. I spent that day (my birthday) on the phone with Vrbo. Square House property management sent someone to "pick up" the trash, but all they did was move it around. They also sent someone to clean the next day, but nothing was different - trash, mold/mildew were still there. I ended up staying in a hotel.
