To access the front door, there are a few steps to get down to the unit. The condo can accommodate up to 4 guests with a Queen-size bed in the bedroom and a queen sleeper sofa in the living space. The spacious main living area includes Hawaiian theme furniture with oceanic decorations and a large flat-screen TV. Ceiling fans are furnished throughout the unit to help stay cool. This unit does not have Air Conditioning.

The tropically decorated bedroom includes a queen size bed and a flat-screen TV for your entertainment. The remodeled bathroom is updated with a luxurious walk in shower featuring custom tile work. This ground-floor unit features an expansive lanai with a dining table for 3 and a lounge chair. A dining table for 4 is equipped in the unit so you may enjoy the view from inside with large sliding doors and windows. The fully equipped kitchen features full-size appliances and ample counterspace for easy meal prepping.

Standard Cancellation Policy:
If cancellation notice is received 30 or more days prior to the check-in date, a 100% refund will be refunded within 10-14 business days from receipt of written cancellation.
If cancellation notice is received at least 14 days prior to the check-in date, 50% of the booking will be refunded within 10-14 business days from receipt of written cancellation.
