Noelani Condominiums 205 – Oceanfront Paradise on Maui’s West Side

Welcome to this beautifully remodeled 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom oceanfront condo. This second floor condo is located on the parking lot level, so no stairs needed to enter this lovely condo in a charming boutique resort. This tropical retreat offers panoramic ocean views, modern comforts, and authentic Hawaiian charm, perfect for a romantic getaway or peaceful escape.

The Space
Step into a spacious living area adorned with Hawaiian-themed décor, modern furnishings, and a large flat-screen TV. Stay cool with a split A/C unit and ceiling fans throughout. The condo comfortably accommodates up to 2 guests, featuring a plush King-size bed in the tropical-style bedroom, which also includes a washer and dryer for added convenience.

The remodeled bathroom boasts a large walk-in shower with custom stonework, offering a spa-like experience.

Dining & Kitchen
Enjoy meals al fresco on your private oceanfront lanai, complete with a dining table for two—perfect for sunset dinners with breathtaking views. Inside, a dining table for four allows you to dine while still soaking in the scenery through large sliding doors and windows.

The high-end kitchen features granite countertops, stainless-steel appliances, and ample counter space—ideal for preparing island-inspired meals.

Great condo for your Maui vacation!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed in the Noelani condos at the beginning of February for nine days and had a wonderful experience! This condo is very clean. The kitchen is well stocked with what you need, the bed is comfortable and the balcony overlooks the ocean! We spent time on the balcony watching the many whales in the area and it felt magical! We really loved having access to swimming pools, a hot tub, and grills on the property. The one minor problem that we had, the property manager was very responsive to coming and taking care of for us. We highly recommend this property to anyone who is wanting to have a wonderful time in Maui!

This was our first visit to Hawaii, my wife and I. We chose Maui because it was beautiful, less crowded. The view from the lanai is gorgeous and a great reason for any to come! Looking westward, the sunset is magical. God's creation sings with the sounds of the wind, the waves, and the chirping of the myna, cardinal, and sparrows. We were welcomed by local green turtles along the rocks, the surf. The condo was perfectly located on the same level of the parking so we had no need to hike up and down a staircase from our car. The home was well fitted with a full kitchen. I was thankful for the seasonings in the cabinet for our home cooked meals. There wasn't a kitchen tool or gadget that I could think I needed that I didn't have there in the home. The bedroom was well equipped. We had several great dinners and breakfast on the lanai with the beauty all around us. The pool and jacuzzi provided great relief in the evenings. The BBQ was a lifesaver(more details below)! Two days before we left, tropical storm (Lala) blew strong winds and toppled a few power lines. We lost power for the last two days. All of the condo is electric. We only had one candle in house. That is why the BBQ became a lifesaver, as it was gas powered. All updates came only when I asked. No one volunteered any solutions/accommodations. The bed is not secured to the wall or frame, so do not sit on one side or another, it will pop up. Lastly, The kitch island has mold, very strong stain/odor within the cabinet.
