Guest Access:

Chalet 'La Nyctale' is a warm and contemporary-style retreat equipped with a wood-burning fireplace, a private spa, and an authentic Finnish sauna.

EV charging is available both at the chalet and at the reception.

Other Things to Note:

Important Information:

Minimum booking age: 25 years

Pre-check-in: All guests must complete a pre-check-in form through an "EnsoConnect" link to our online guest guide sent upon booking confirmation.

Verification: The verification steps require guests to fill out the contact information, a valid ID, and an authorization for a hold for the security deposit of $800.

Security Deposit: The $800 security deposit will be frozen (not withdrawn) on the credit card and released 7 days after departure if no damage is found.

Damage Protection Options:

Damage Waiver

For a small, one-time fee, our Damage Waiver covers accidental damage and normal wear and tear throughout your stay. It provides up to $85 in coverage.

Note: The Damage Waiver is non-refundable. Please report any damages before checkout.

Safety Deposit

Alternatively, you may choose to pay a refundable Safety Deposit of $800. If no damage is identified after your stay, the hold will be released.

Processing may take up to 14 days, depending on your credit card provider.

Other Points to Note:

Skating rink available nearby to fully enjoy the winter on the ice.

Strict monitoring of the number of occupants is applied, and the tranquility of the premises must be respected at all times.

A penalty of $125+tax per night per additional person will be retained.

We accept pets (max. 2 per rental) with a $100 hypoallergenic cleaning fee.

All chalets are guaranteed allergy-free.

Pets are not allowed on furniture.

Important: Please complete the pet fee payment through Enso Connect before arrival for a smooth check-in process.

Noise and Neighborhood:

Please respect quiet hours after 10 PM. Excessive noise or nighttime disturbances may result in the full retention of the deposit.

Visitor Policy:

Any overnight visitors must be approved in advance at the time of booking and are subject to additional fees.

Compliance:

The owner/manager may terminate the occupancy and expel guests/visitors for non-compliance with the rules or disturbances to the neighborhood.

Arrival & Departure:

Arrival: After 4 p.m.

Departure: Before 11 a.m.
