Within this space, you'll also find the pull-out couch for additional sleeping options. The apartment additionally consists of one bedroom, and the bathroom is conveniently located off the bedroom, ensuring your comfort during your stay. Despite the compact size, the spaces have been well thought out for maximum comfort, with amenities like a closet for storage, drawers under the bed if needed, and a luggage rack for your convenience.

You are welcome to enjoy the common spaces in the building, relax on the patio out front, and make use of the convenient laundry room in the basement. To make use of the free street parking available, guests are kindly requested to call and register their vehicle in advance, ensuring a hassle-free parking experience during their stay. You will be provided with the necessary details for this process, after booking, to ensure your convenience.

Access to the apartment is through a shared hallway where you'll find other apartment doors. Rest assured, the building itself is securely locked, and entry requires a keypad code for your safety and peace of mind throughout your stay.

While we are unable to accommodate pets in our apartment, please be aware that there may be pets residing in other units within the building. We kindly ask all guests to be sure they are comfortable with pets in the building before booking, as a leash policy is in place to ensure everyone's safety and comfort in shared spaces Please be mindful of this when moving through the common areas.
Please note this is a first-floor apartment in a multi-unit building. As with any shared space, you may hear occasional noise from other tenants, such as footsteps, a vacuum running, or the washer in use from the apartment above. There are 1.5 sets of steps to enter the building.

No Parties or Large Gatherings – We respect our neighbors and expect guests to do the same. All guests must be listed on the reservation, and any additional visitors require prior approval. Unauthorized gatherings, damage, or disturbances may result in fines and possible eviction per Airbnb’s policy.

No Pets – To maintain a pet-dander-free environment, we do not allow pets. Unauthorized pets will result in additional fees.

No Smoking – Smoking, including vaping, is strictly prohibited inside the building. A fee will be charged for odor removal. Smoking is permitted outside, but guests must dispose of waste properly.

No Illegal Activity – Any illegal activity will result in immediate eviction without refund.

No Visitors Without Consent – Only registered guests may stay overnight. Additional visitors must be approved in advance to comply with city and insurance regulations.

Check-in at 4 PM – You'll receive access instructions on the day of arrival. Early check-in may be possible based on our cleaning schedule—please inquire the day before arrival.

Checkout by 10 AM – Our cleaning team arrives promptly. Late checkout without approval will incur a $50 per hour fee. Please request late checkout
