Located in Naples East, this condo is 20 minutes from the beach, minutes from restaurants & shopping, and has easy access to I-75. Beach chairs, umbrellas, bikes, paddleboards, golf clubs, and more available for your long term stay.

Master bath located within the master bathroom. Den has a desk & sleeper sofa - can be used as an extra bedroom or an office space. Park in the garage or outdoor parking space.
Guest access
Guests will have access to the condo, garage, pool, and tennis/pickleball courts.
Other things to note
Condo association requires that renters complete a background check. The cost of this will be incurred by the condo owners.
