Property was amazing! Beautiful and filled with natural light with many windows and skylights! Plenty of space. Very clean! Well stocked with coffee, snacks, etc. Comfortable beds and bedding. Excellent location! We will stay again as we come visit family. 5 STARS!

Great Sandpoint location

We are very impressed with the spaciousness and amenities of this property. Great location to walk to town, or even the beach is a 10-minute walk. We will definitely be staying here again.

Long Bridge Half Marathon stay

Perfect location in Sandpoint. So many fun restaurants, shops, and city beach to walk to. Unique space, wonderfully stocked kitchen, very comfortable beds, loved the ac units in the bedrooms - what a fun space!!

Celebrating our daughter getting married

Our immediate family stayed here after our daughter got married. The home was beautiful and easy walking distance to anything downtown. Our host was wonderful answering any questions we had. We would definitely stay here again.

An absolutely amazing five star property!! My wife and I stayed a full month. The apartment exceeded our expectations in every way. Great layout, big bedrooms, super comfy beds, nice furnishings, wonderful kitchen, enjoyable outdoor deck, good TVs, and lots of windows & skylights. Also, a very good setup for guests, with a full bathroom for each bedroom. Best of all .... location, location, location!! Sandpoint has a fun, vibrant downtown. This penthouse apartment is situated perfectly, to enjoy everything downtown has to offer. Plus, the walk to the beach is 5 minutes away. If you get the chance to book this jewel, do it. My wife and I are veteran VRBO renters. This is one of our top two rentals in the last 10 years. Well worth the price. You will love it!!

Short Stay but Great!

Six of us stayed for just two nights, but we wish we could have stayed longer! We had a few minor issues that were taken care of immediately and we appreciated the immediate attention we were given. The unit has everything you need and more!! And a great location! We will book it again if we travel out to Sandpoint again!

Beautiful property

We thoroughly enjoyed the property - the rooms were very spacious and air conditioning worked well. The natural light was amazing. We enjoyed the character of this old property. The location could not be beat - the only downside was that two of the bedrooms face the street and just below is a three way traffic stop, where we could hear big trucks braking regularly, even at night. I guess this should be expected for a location in town but I was surprised at the traffic noise level for such a small town.
