I love being in the heart of Sandpoint, and close to everything! I got to visit my son & host a little dinner for a couple family friends with TakeOut from City Beach Organics. Saturday we went to the Farmer's Market for music and local food & art. Sunday morning I attended Ecstatic Dance Class. Plus, sitting on the balcony for morning coffee is the best!

This place is right on the water with two decks to choose from. It is also right downtown where all the shopping and dining is at. It was super quiet, the parking spot is directly by the door and perfectly clean. We were welcomed with some nice music, sparkling water and even a bottle of wine. It was also walking distance to a huge beach and play ground. It doesn’t get any better than this! Can’t wait to stay when we come back!!

GREAT condo, Walking distance and super roomy

We had a great time, used the patio, walked to dinner/town. Could walk to the lake but with heavy coolers and chairs it was an easy 2 min drive. Highly recommend staying here!

Sandpoint at it's best!

The condo is all this and more! If you want to experience downtown Sandpoint - this property can't be beat. It is beautifully put together and a quick walk to all things downtown. Such a great experience!

Perfect Getaway

Everything about our stay was fantastic. The loft is cozy and quiet with beautiful views of the marina. It is in a fabulous location with easy access to everything you need via a short walk. Communication from booking to departure was flawless. I highly recommend this location and would stay here again for sure. Thank you!!!

Location Luxury and Lake

Loved being close to the shops and restaurants of downtown. Also close to marina and beach. Property had an amazing view and we especially enjoyed the morning sun. Balcony large and comfy and able to accommodate a family. Decor was lovely and everything felt like it was brand new. We would definately choose this condo again.
