Live a life of oceanfront luxury at this gorgeous, three-bedroom, four-bathroom condo with stunning views of the Pacific Ocean. In this central location in the middle of Mission Beach, you'll spend your days lounging on the sand outside, wandering to nearby beach shops, and relaxing to the sound of the waves.

Step inside to be greeted by a lovely, open-concept living area with stellar views of the ocean through wide, nearly floor-to-ceiling windows. It's the ideal place to kick back and unwind after a morning of swimming, offering a comfortable seating area, a flatscreen TV, and windows that open to the ocean outside. The adjacent kitchen features sleek countertops and high-quality stainless steel appliances, making it easy for you to prepare everything from appetizers to full-course meals with a view of the Pacific.

The bedroom on the main level is furnished with a queen-size bed, a flatscreen TV, and an ensuite bathroom, creating a cozy little retreat. The entry level also has a second full bathroom. Follow the stairwell for half a flight, where youll find the primary bedroom suite boasting ocean views, an ensuite bathroom, a flatscreen TV, and a balcony with chairs and a grill. Its a blissful place to wake up in the morning or take in a vibrant sunset over the ocean. On the upper level, youll find a bedroom with a full-over-full bunk, a flatscreen TV, and a small east-facing balcony. This level also includes a full bathroom and a private washer/dryer. Free WiFi and satellite cable are provided as well.

This condo is located directly off the beach and boardwalk in North Mission Beach, about a third of a mile north of Belmont Park. Mission Beach is San Diegos lively take on the classic beach town, with over five miles of waterfront boardwalk, shops, restaurants, and Belmont Park's miniature golf, bumper cars, rock climbing, and arcade. You'll be just a few minutes from SeaWorld and an easy drive from the San Diego Zoo, Balboa Park, San Diego International Airport, and downtown San Diego as well.

THINGS TO KNOW BEFORE YOU BOOK:
3-Night Minimum required for the remainder of the Year. This home has a maximum occupancy of 7 guests and can sleep 7 in beds, assuming two people share one of the full-size beds.
This home is the top unit and does not include the ground level patio.
Please note that this home has a camera facing the parking area.
Carport Parking Measurements: 8’W. X 7 1/2’ T. X 20’L.

Due to the moderate coastal climate, this home (like most in the area) does not have air conditioning. Fans are provided for air circulation.

This home is pet friendly. Pet fees are $150 plus tax per pet with a maximum of 1 small dog. Some homes may have pet limitations and/or weight restrictions. Please reach out with any questions.

This home is located in a quiet neighborhood. Our rental agreement includes a strict policy regarding excessive noise, occupancy and no party policy.
Monthly reservations are considered.

San Diego Vacation Rentals Cancellation Policy, Age Policy and Pet Fee Policy supersedes the policies of VRBO and Airbnb.
Our cancellation policy will allow you to cancel your reservation up to 30 days prior to your arrival. There is a cancellation fee of 10% of the total payment or $300, whichever is higher. If you cancel your reservation within 30 days of your arrival, there are NO REFUNDS. If you feel that this may cause an issue with your travel itinerary and availability, please consider Travel Insurance.

2 week beach vacation

The property is in a great location. We were disappointed by the cleanliness. There are bugs stuck in the glass cabinets in the kitchen. The rug in the main room is filthy as are the couch and chairs. There is bird poop on the walls of the upstairs patio and on the windows that we had to clean off. The railings are all rusted. Although sea air is rough on any fixtures the adjacent condo seems to have been updated and kept up better.

Great location & great views

Overall, our experience was great. On the beach, beautiful sunsets, close to Belmont, restaurants and bars. An interesting maze to get to rooms, lots of stairs. I really thought it was on bottom floor with immediate access to beach, But it is fine, and really, it’s easy access. Very nice!

Beautiful view but the sanitation and cleanliness was terrible. When we arrived - I used the Lysol wipes that were left on the counter to clean the kitchen counters and bathrooms - with hair in the bathrooms and dirt on the counter tops. I did inform the rental company and was told they would drop off more wipes and advise the cleaning crew. The carpets either need replaced or washed - they are stained badly and were not vacuumed upon arrival and I also told the rental company. The drawer that held the silverware was dirty.

Our family of five adults had a very good stay, and it was almost entirely due to the 5-star location. The views are just as incredible as the photos suggest, and being able to walk to Belmont Park, the beach, and restaurants made our trip so much more enjoyable. We also appreciated how responsive the host was and that the beds were genuinely comfortable.However, the primary drawback is that the property's description as "New" is inaccurate. The home is clearly dated and has several maintenance issues that need attention. During our stay, the kitchen faucet was completely unattached to the sink, which was odd. We also had to deal with the inconvenience of electrical outlets frequently tripping the circuit breaker. The most frustrating issue was the hot water, which required running the faucets for at least 10 minutes to warm up upstairs. For awareness, the Jacuzzi tub was also non-operational.Just a couple of helpful notes for future guests: the dedicated parking spot is a very tight squeeze for a mid-size SUV, which is typical for the area but good to know in advance. The overall cleanliness was acceptable. Ultimately, while the location is truly top-notch, we feel the property is currently overpriced for its condition. We would hesitate to book again unless the needed repairs are made.

Family getaway.

6 adults stayed in this beach front property. Great location. Comfortable beds and cozy place. The only minor issue was the bottom bunk bed had a very soft mattress. A child may not notice. All other beds were awesome. We would stay here again.

All about the view

This rental was all about the view and prime location right on the boardwalk. We appreciated the 3 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms for our family. Management was easy to work with and responded quickly with questions/concerns. While it did meet our expectations, we feel this unit can use a little work like a fresh coat of paint. Overall, because of the location to the beach, shops and restaurants, we would stay again.

This place is filthy and unsafe. I had to leave.

Our experience with this property and San Diego Vacation rentals can only be described as horrible. The online listing calls this place NEW!. It is anything but NEW! Needed a paint job a year ago. Window treatments needed to be replaced a year ago. Side tables in living room needed to be replaced a year ago. In need of a detailed cleaning a year ago. From top to bottom the place is filthy. I would expect these conditions from a cheap $100 a night chain hotel not from an $800 a night rental. And this isn't the worst of it. It is unsafe. The door to adjoining unit can't be shut, let alone locked. People in adjoining unit have access to this unit. Traveling with teenage granddaughters and I couldn't leave them alone in a place that isn't secure. Cabinets that are coming apart that could cut someone. These issues were described to me, as being minor. My families safety and well being are anything but minor. Property management response was, I'll try to get someone out there in 24 hours. Trying to follow up with them was met with no return phone calls.
