Guests will have access to the home and surrounding private yard.

Other things to note:

Pet friendly: Up to two well-behaved pups allowed. There is a $95 pet fee, which you will pay at time of booking. No pups on the furniture and no pups left alone in the house (without being crated) or in the yard and please dispose of any pet waste. No other types of animals allowed.

EV Charging: A 220V outlet in the garage can be used by request for charging electric cars. You'll need to bring your own charging cable. There is a fee of $50 to use the charger.
