Relax in one of the two hammocks or unwind indoors by the electric fireplace. The kitchen is fully stocked and includes a Keurig machine for your morning coffee.

After booking, you’ll receive a short digital guidebook covering all property details, house rules, and helpful info for your stay. Below is an overview of the most important guidelines:



Noise & Quiet Hours:

-As required by city regulations, outdoor amplified music is not permitted outside at any time—regardless of daytime or nighttime hours.

-Quiet hours are strictly enforced from 10 PM to 7 AM, especially in all outdoor spaces. This home is not intended for events or parties.

***Ongoing noise violations may lead to the guest being asked to vacate the property without a refund. Any fines or penalties issued by the city due to disturbances during your stay will be the guest’s responsibility and charged accordingly.***


Parking:

-Please plan your trip accordingly as max 4 cars allowed-use the driveway and left of the driveway dirt area only. Please *do not* park on the dirt section on the right side of the driveway, as there is no parking block. The garage is sealed shut, please don't try to open it.

***Street parking is not permitted. Please only use the designated parking areas mentioned above. We are not responsible for any tickets, towing, or vehicle damage resulting from failure to follow these guidelines.***


Pool:

***Due to high cost of gas required to heat the pool. The pool can be optionally heated at the rate of $200 per day***

- Please note that the in-ground pool pump can heat either the pool or the spa one at a time, not both simultaneously. Heating can take longer when outdoor temperatures are cold. If you choose complimentary spa heating only, the pool side will remain unheated and may be cold during the fall and winter months.

- 24-hour notice is required to heat the pool to a target temperature of 85–90°F.

-Additional cleaning fee may be charged if excessive rocks or other debris are found in the pool.


Early Check-In / Late Check-Out:

Requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance and are subject to availability. Approval is not guaranteed.

Early Check-In Fees:
- From 9 AM: 50% of nightly rate
- From 1 PM: $50

Late Check-Out Fees (if unapproved):
- 11 AM–12 PM: $50
- After 12 PM: 50% of nightly rate

Pets:

- $50 per pet, per stay
- Please do not allow pets in the pool or hot tub.
- Additional cleaning fees apply for droppings, food messes, or excess hair.
- Guests are fully responsible for their pets at all times.

***If a pet is discovered on the property without prior payment of the pet fee, the fee will be automatically charged.**


Additional Rules/Notices




Security Cameras:


-For your safety, exterior security cameras are located at the front door and driveway. These are active 24/7 and exist solely for guest safety and neighborhood security.


Wildlife Notice:

-You’re staying in the desert—while we clean thoroughly, it's still possible to encounter dust, insects, snakes, coyotes, spiders, or other desert critters. Keep doors closed to avoid pests and wildlife indoors. If you come across anything concerning, we’re happy to help with safe removal.


Plumbing:

-The home operates on a septic system. Please do not flush anything other than toilet paper to prevent clogs. If improper items are flushed and cause blockage, a Plumbing Service Fee will be charged.



Items Left Behind:


-Any items left behind must be shipped at the guest’s expense. We are unable to store large items that don’t fit in a small box—these will be donated and cannot be recovered.



Smoking Policy:

-Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere on the property.


Fees:

-There is a $100 charge for any lost remote (TV, fan, AC, or other devices).

-A $300 fee applies for smoking violations.

-Unapproved Late Check-Out Fees:
- $50 for check-outs between 11 AM and 12 PM.
- 50% of the nightly rate for check-outs past 12 PM.

-Up to $250 charge for any pet damage, urine, or indoor droppings. Please also clean up any pet waste in the yard to avoid a minor clean-up fee.
