great location, perfect for a group/family

Had a great stay for a weekend. Really nice kitchen and rooftop. Comfortable beds. Some rooms had issues with ceiling fans but central AC kept things cool enough. Would stay again!

San Diego wedding weekend

Excellent location, great space with the 3 full bathrooms. Worked perfectly for 3 couples. The host was an excellent and prompt communicater both before and during the trip.

Roof Top Views

Host was very responsive and quick to address all concerns. The house was clean, well stocked, and very cozy. The roof top was amazing! Would book again.

Great location and comfort

We had a great time staying at this new build. There was a bathroom for everyone, which is a blessing for us! They included a pack-n-play which saved us from having to bring one. We had ample space for 5 adults and an infant. Talking with the manager was simple and quick, any issues were quickly addressed and wr had a great stay! Would definitely recommend.

Great location and space for family

The place is within a 15 minute drive of most places we wanted to go to -- the beach, Zoo, SeaWorld, restaurants, etc. We could walk to a large park and restaurants. The place is fairly new with nice modern furnishings and appliances. Each bedroom has access to their own bathroom, making it nice for our family of 3 couples plus a toddler. The garage access was nice although very tight for a mini-van. Property manager was quick to respond to communications.

Very Helpful Host

Karly was very quick to respond to all our queries. Supplied toaster, iron and iron board for us without hesitation. Couple of repairs needed in the unit and parking in garage pretty tight. Overall suited our requirements perfectly.

Beautiful North Park Home

Immediately, upon entering this home, we were in awe. From the pristine kitchen and living area, to the spacious bedrooms and bathrooms, to the rooftop terrace. This home is well-kept, in a safe neighborhood, and was extremely comfortable for three couples to enjoy a week together. It was in good proximity to some great restaurants and diners. And everywhere we went in San Diego only took about 15 minutes in drive time. The host were responsive to our needs, and we would certainly look forward to the next opportunity to stay in this beautiful place.

Lovely townhome

Our family stayed here for a graduation. Nice safe location! Spacious with great functional layout. Nice rooftop to hang out and enjoy San Diego cool weather. Note you have to take the stairs to enter to the main floor. Something to consider if you have family members who are limited or handicapped. Or if you are hauling one large suitcase lol. One bedroom on the main floor and the two other bedrooms on the 2nd floor. Loved the ensuite bathrooms on the 2 bedrooms. Convenient! Kitchen was well stocked! Parking spaces inside the building are narrow and can be challenging for SUV type. Street parking was tough coming back after dinner. Responsive owner. We enjoyed our stay. Thank you!
