This 6-bedroom, 6.5-bathroom home is pet-friendly and located in the secure, gated Bella Vida Resort. Start your stay by relaxing on the gorgeous sundeck patio at the back of the home, which offers stunning lake views and extra privacy with no rear neighbors. The screened-in patio is perfect for enjoying the outdoors, with plenty of sun loungers to relax and soak up the Florida sunshine. For dining, enjoy al fresco meals at the covered poolside table, or add a BBQ to your menu with the outdoor grill.



The garage has been converted in to a games room, but there's still plenty of onsite parking on the driveway. The games room features family favourites like billiards, arcade basketball, foosball, and loads of board games. Plus it has a big screen TV and comfy bean bag seating. It's air conditioned too, perfect after a day in the hot sun!



Now, step inside the home to find a beautiful open concept design. The living room is spacious and there's plenty of plush comfy seating for everyone. Enjoy gathering around the smart TV to catch up on your favourite shows. The kitchen is fantastic - loaded with high end appliances and plenty of countertop space for prepping meals. 7 bar stools surround the kitchen island, which doubles as dining space in addition to the large capacity dining table, and poolside dining areas. There's also an additional living room space, with a large smart TV - perfect for chilling out before bedtime.



Speaking of beds, the main floor of the house hosts a master King bedroom suite, while all the other bedrooms are located upstairs. The home also features high speed internet service, central air conditioning, and in home laundry machines. The driveway can be used to park up to 3 vehicles, and any overspill may park at the clubhouse.



Our guests are practically royalty around here, with full access to the resort's fantastic facilities. You've got a massive community pool and a sundeck where you can catch some rays. Plus, we've a whopping 15 acres of jaw-dropping lakes – insta-worthy, for sure! And families, listen up: we've got your back. Your little ones can let loose at the playground and splash around in the shallow-entry pool. Meanwhile, your bigger kids (yes, that includes you, grown-ups) can shoot some hoops or spike some volleyballs at our courts. And if you're feeling like a fitness guru, there's a gym waiting for you. Table tennis and foosball? Yeah, we've got that too – it's all at the clubhouse!

Guest Access:

Guests will enter the community through the security gate where they will be greeted by a guard. Bella Vida resort does not allow trailers of any kind (ie. boats, trailers, RV's, campers, U-Hauls, etc).



Guest can park in the driveway up to 3 vehicles. Guest can also park to the clubhouse, overnight parking is allowed for up to 2 vehicles.



You'll also gain full access to the luxurious Bella Vida Resort, which features a lounge, a large resort style swimming pool, a fitness facility, a playground, a games room, and more.



The Neighborhood:

The house is minutes away from Disney World's Magic Kingdom, Epcot, Hollywood Studios, Animal Kingdom, SeaWorld, and Universal Studios.



Nearby attractions include the Camping World Stadium, Dr. Phillips Center for the Performing Arts, Amway Center, Orlando Science Center, Lake Eola Park, CFE Arena, Mennello Museum of American Art, Festival Park, Bob Carr Theatre, Cranes Roost Park, Lake Louisa State Park, Orlando City Stadium, Audubon Park Garden District, Orlando Watersports Complex, Formosa Gardens Event Center, Gaston Edwards Park, Lakeridge Winery, and The Florida Mall.



Getting Around:

Guests will enter the community through the security gate where they will be greeted by a guard. All guests gain full access to BellaVida Resort and all of the amenities they offer.



Other Things to Note:

• For a smooth and secure check-in experience, all guests may be required to complete ID and Enso Boarding Pass verification before arrival. Check-in instructions will be shared once verification is completed. Thank you for helping us ensure a seamless stay!

• Please note that pool service is scheduled weekly and may occur during your stay. It’s a brief visit to keep the pool clean, and technicians will only access the pool area. Thank you for your understanding.



Pet Friendly:

• Pets are welcome. A maximum of two pets under 60 lbs each is allowed. A pet fee of $139 per pet will be added if pets are included at booking. If pets are not declared during booking, the applicable fee will be charged separately. Please note the booking platform only allows one pet to be selected; if bringing a second pet, the additional fee will be collected after booking.



Additional Services:

• Planning a BBQ? A propane tank is available for a one-time $69 charge. Let us know in advance, and we’ll make sure you’re all set to grill and enjoy!

• Pool and hot tub heating are available upon request and are not included in the booking price. The fee is $35/night per service or $59/night for both, with a 2-night minimum. At least 24 hours’ notice is required if you would like to add this service.

• Rent a Pack 'n play for $39 (one-time fee)

• Rent a highchair for $29 (one-time fee)



House Rules:

1. Parties, events and smoking/vaping are prohibited in or around our property.

2. Please check-out on time. Late departures will result in a charge for each additional hour the property cannot be accessed for turnover.

3. Large messes will result in an additional cleaning fee. Please clean up after yourselves and your pets.

4. Firearms and weapons are strictly prohibited on the property.

• If any of these house rules are broken, you and your group may be subject to additional charges or be requested to vacate the property immediately without refund.



Notice: Bellavida – Community Updates. Recreational vehicles such as ATVs, dirt bikes, UTVs, and side‑by‑sides are strictly prohibited, and any damage to common areas will be the full financial responsibility of the owner or guest, so please inform all visitors.



Update from the Bellavida Community:

The parking lot near La Fuentes is strictly closed due to ongoing stormwater repairs near the lake and Stella. Vehicles found in the restricted area will be towed and relocated to the adjacent lot. Guests are reminded not to move cones marking hazardous work zones and to always check signage before parking to avoid relocation.
