This large Lake Front Home has 5 bedroom/4.5 bathroom and three living rooms, all tastefully "Lake Life" themed. Located on a beautiful waterfront setting, it has a private pool/jacuzzi and games room. Enough accommodation to suit larger families or groups seeking spacious amenities sleeping up to 12 guests. The main master bedroom, which is located upstairs, has a king-sized bed and offers a screened in balcony which overlooks the pool and lake. The 2nd master bedroom has a queen-size bed, the 3rd master bedroom also has a queen-sized bed, the 4th & 5th bedrooms have 2 twin size beds in each room. There is also a full size sleeper/sofa in the living room which sleeps 2. The pool patio area has a gas grill/BBQ for outside cooking and the kitchen is fully equipped and has a microwave, refrigerator-freezer, range and dishwasher. The home has a laundry room with washer and drier and there is ample supply of towels and linens. There are TVs in all bedrooms and lounge areas as well as high-speed internet. The games room offers a Pool table and Foosball. This vacation home is located on the gated community of Cumbrian Lakes, a peaceful subdivision situated approximately 12 minutes from the Walt Disney World entrance and conveniently located for the other attractions. There are a vast selection of restaurants, shops and other amenities located nearby. Cumbrian Lakes has a children's playground, soccer nets and a nature trail/jogging track round the main lake. This is a non-smoking and pet-free home. Pool heat is optional for an additional fee.

The patio door to the pool did not lock on the left side. Very hazardous condition must be corrected. Communication could have been much better. The rental listing did not mention a charge for pool heater so this is a hidden cost which should have been disclosed. The towels and basic amenities were minimal and of poor quality. The house has great potential but needs some old and upgrades

The 3 private bedrooms with bathrooms were very appealing for our large family. The outdoor pool along with the hot tub was a big hit.

Had to contact owner directly,who was very responsive.Only towels in bathroom were hand ones and not enough pool towels for 10 occupants also only one tea towel,so had to purchase all of the above.

Pool was amazing. The area was nice. Didnt see no gators though . Pool was amazing. House was big enough for a family of 9. We had an amazing experience. Thanks to god.

Summer trip

Cleanliness of house wasn’t the best. When we arrived there were bugs in the master tub. I vacuumed them up and no new ones showed up. The cabinet under the sink in the kitchen was very stinky. We opened it once and it stunk up the entire kitchen. The floors could have used a sweeping, dead bugs and dust by the baseboards. Lastly, 3 of the beds were missing the foam pads that go over the mattress. They were very uncomfortable to sleep on. The springs and coils were poking into your back. Overall, the house was okay. The location of the house was terrific! Close proximity to stores, restaurants, and amusement parks.

Worth the price

For the price we paid per night, the home met our needs for a long weekend. Plenty of room to find your own quiet spot after a long day. I believe the home is close proximity to a small airport due to the abundance of small aircraft flying over and close to the house. Make sure to buy everything you need at the grocery store, no extra bathroom products

Location site excellent

Location was excellent working with the owner was excellent pool was nice and clean lack of toiletries. They only gave us one small hotel size shampoo and soap. We had to go buy more. Only toilet paper on roll in each bathroom we had to buy more no broom no trash bags, except one spare that they left not enough for a family of seven.

Swimming practice & Disney adventures

We enjoyed our stay in Cumbrian Lakes. The house was spacious and relaxing. We choose to heat the pool, definitely worth it! Swimming and relaxing in between Disney days.

Nice Place for a Group

I liked this property but a couple of issues. Lots a sugar ants that had to be exterminated. Furniture required repair. They do not fill propane so BBQ was useless. This really irked me as we would have to fill the tank for someone else’s use.

House was as described with privacy and nice view of a small lake in the back. Guest experience could be improved by a few simple and inexpensive things. You need more and better quality towels. Also, you should supply adequate household products ( paper towels; kleenex boxes ; garbage bags ; dish waher soap : bathroom toiletry & soap ; small paper baskets in rooms ; etc. At a minimal cost, the guest experience would greatly improve. Hopefully, this is helpful to the host. I speak from experience as we also have rental properties through VRBO.

Awesome stay

Booked this house for me and some family friends that are all drivers for the Mecum auto auction. The house was amazing and cozy. Was extremely close to the arena we were driving at. Will definitely book again next year.

Vacation home

We stayed 10 nights with 8 adults. Tv in every bedroom. Plenty of space and lots of washrooms and showers. Games garage was enjoyable. Place was great. A little more attention to detail, cleaning , dishwater would be helpful.

Great House

This property was perfect for our family vacation. Only downside was the ants, maybe spray before each new family stays. They were everywhere, even in the bathrooms.

Great for family but needs improvement

This home is great for large families with plenty of space for all. Check in was not so smooth, the wrong gate code was given to us. After following another car through the gate we were able to reach the house. I did message the owner to request early check in that same day but I received no response. When we entered the home we found that the pool was green, I then called Vrbo and was put in contact with The owner David. His response was the house was just check the day before and the rain must have turned the pool green, but the other homes beside us with pools were not green. David assured me that he would get this corrected, which he did the same day. The pool company came and put shock in it, but my kids were disappointed they could not swim till the next day. There were seven of us and everyone complained about the beds not being comfortable. My wife and I woke up every morning with Back pain. I Would like to stay here again but would like to see a couple of improvements. The towels were very rough and it would have been nice to see this upgraded. The pool light did not work, only the hot tub light worked. Swimming at night was a little difficult to see. The game room in the garage was way to hot, there is a portable ac unit but could not cool down the garage. We would definitely like to come back and stay here again, but with the beds being so uncomfortable we might look somewhere else.
