Now let's talk about the house. This 6-bedroom, 6-bathroom, gorgeous home is kid-friendly, pet-friendly, and has a whopping 14 person capacity! Who needs to downsize when you can bring the whole crew?

Dive into your private pool, or have a soak in your private jacuzzi hot tub. The screened-in back deck faces a lush garden, so you'll have the added privacy of no rear-facing neighbours. Stretch out on a patio lounger, fire up that BBQ grill, or sip a cocktail while poolside dining.

Get your game on in the games room. You'll have your pick from air hockey, foosball or billiards in the garage-turned-games room. Don't worry - there's still plenty of parking space on the driveway, and any overspill can park at the clubhouse.

No need to worry about cramped spaces or getting hangry either. This pad's got a fully equipped, spacious kitchen that'll have you whip up all those tasty treats. Plus, there's plenty of space to chow down at the large capacity dining table, or the kitchen island which offers additional seating. The open concept living space also offers a smart TV with high speed internet connection.

Guest Access:
Guests will enter the community through the security gate where they will be greeted by a guard
Bella Vida resort does not allow trailers of any kind (ie. boats, RV's, campers, U-Hauls, etc).

You can park in the driveway. There's also additional parking at the clubhouse. Guest can also park to the clubhouse, overnight parking is allowed for up to 2 vehicles.

You'll also gain full access to the luxurious BellaVida Resort, which features a large resort style swimming pool, a fitness facility, games room, cafe, volleyball and basketball courts, and plenty of space to lounge.

The Neighborhood:
Located at the Bella Vida Resort, just 5 miles form Walt Disney World, off US192 in Kissimmee. Theme parks and water parks are a short drive away, and you’ll be close to golf courses, restaurants and shopping.

Guests enjoy access to the resort facilities, including, a large community pool and sundeck, plenty of sports courts, a clubhouse, and over 15 acres of breathtaking lakes. It’s a great resort for families, there is a playground and shallow entry pool for younger children. Kids will enjoy spending time at the basketball and volleyball courts. You will also find a gym, table tennis, and foosball at the clubhouse.

Area attractions include all 4 Disney theme parks (Walt Disney World, Epcot, Hollywood Studios, and Animal Kingdom) plus both Disney water parks (Blizzard Beach and Typhoon Lagoon), Disney Springs, Universal Studios, Islands of Adventure, the all-new Volcano Bay water park at Universal, CityWalk, SeaWorld, and Discovery Cove.

Local golf courses include Famed Falcon’s Fire, Lake Magnolia, Osprey Ridge, Eagle Pine and more!

Getting Around:
The house is minutes away from Disney World's Magic Kingdom, Epcot, Hollywood Studios, Animal Kingdom, SeaWorld, and Universal Studios.

Nearby attractions include the Camping World Stadium, Dr. Phillips Center for the Performing Arts, Amway Center, Orlando Science Center, Lake Eola Park, CFE Arena, Mennello Museum of American Art, Festival Park, Bob Carr Theatre, Cranes Roost Park, Lake Louisa State Park, Orlando City Stadium, Audubon Park Garden District, Orlando Watersports Complex, Formosa Gardens Event Center, Gaston Edwards Park, Lakeridge Winery, and The Florida Mall.

Pet Friendly:
• A pet fee of $129/pet per stay will be added at the time of booking if the pet is added to the reservation. If no pet is declared during booking, we will collect the fee separately. A maximum of 2 pets per stay is allowed, with no Pit Bulls breeds.
• If you have more than one pet, please note that an extra fee of $129 per pet will also be collected after booking confirmation.

Additional Services:
• Pool and hot tub heating is an additional service that is not included in your booking price. It's an additional fee of $35/night per service and $60/night for both, which we provide upon request.
