Sunriver Condo

We enjoyed our stay very much. It was close to shopping, had miles of trails for walking, biking, running, etc... Wish we had more time to spend in the area. Will absolutely consider it again for our next visit.

Beautiful, excellently maintained property. Very spacious and comfortable with lots of amenities. Portable air conditioning is helpful for hot days, but accompanied by cool nights just required opening windows. The place is upstairs and beautiful! Great location and very approachable host.

This condo is very well located, close to the Village and SHARC. The complex has its own pool, hot tub, and tennis courts. The condo is comfortable and well outfitted.

Spring break trip

It was smooth trip over spring break and loved the location of this place. Close to the village and the sharc which was nice and it was spacious, clean, and had everything that we needed. All we had to do was shop for food and drink and we could cook and grill our food while we were there. Will definitely be staying there in the future.

Beautiful and Peaceful

Our family of four had a great stay. Really enjoyed riding the bikes provided with the condo around the miles of wooded trails. Good amenities close by and downtown Bend was just a short drive.

Great condo and nice location

We really enjoyed this condo. It was a great location -- close to the Village, and we also loved having a tennis/pickleball court on site, as well as a pool that's never too crowded. The condo is a spacious two bedroom, very clean and updated. Great place to stay!

Beautiful Get Away

Really loved this property. Even without air conditioning, the apartment got cool enough during the June summer. It was a beautiful place to stay and very very clean. The check in process was easy and it was in a beautiful location. Would recommend to anyone especially with a family!

Great location!

The only reason we gave three star for cleanliness was the dirty carpet and cobwebs behind the headboard. Great location to everything and such a beautiful setting. The owner was also very responsive.

Grandkid getaway

This is the perfect spot for a family vacation. The biking trail is right outside along with a nice quiet pool right across the parking lot. The condo is a nice floor plan with 2 bedrooms and a full kitchen including a bbq.

Great Clean Condo

Nice convenient location. Pool and tennis court are across the street which was great. The bikes are beach cruisers and were slightly too big for our kids but renting bikes in the village was easy. We didn’t do any cooking during our quick stay so I can’t speak to the kitchen amenities. Nice large peninsula though. No AC but we were fine. Manager/owner was prompt and easy to communicate with.

Brilliant Getaway!!!

Our stay at Mark’s condo was fantastic! The condo was impeccably clean and comfortable. The check-in/out process was very smooth, making the whole experience seamless and stress free -AND the amenities truly exceeded our expectations! It was evident, that every detail, was thoughtfully considered to ensure a memorable stay for guests. Overall, we cannot recommend Mark’s place enough for anyone looking for a relaxing, fun getaway; -SO much to do there; a GREAT spot in beautiful Sunriver; thank you Mark!!!

Beautiful and Peaceful....

We loved our condo at the Ridge in Sunriver. The grounds are immaculate and the pool, the trails, and Sunriver Village so close! The beds were so comfortable! Loved having the extra room with two twins and the washer and dryer inside the unit a plus! My favorite part was the Jacuzzi tub in the Master Bedroom. Mark was wonderful to work with. We will for sure be Back!!!!

Perfect Sunriver Stay

Ridge 20 was everything we expected. It was clean and welcoming and the check-in was quick and easy. The pool, hot tub, and tennis courts were right across the street...one minute walk. Very close to Sharc and convenient to the village. The fireplace was really easy to use with lots of dry wood right by the front door and handy fire starters. The kitchen is quite functional. We had a great time and would definitely stay here again with our size group.

The listing was incorrect which made me knock it down 2 stars. In the listing it said it had AC and it did not, they had a little unit but it didn’t cool the whole place. Opening the windows helped but not enough. I double checked the listing before booking I really wanted a place with AC since it was going to be hot.We did really enjoy the pool and the location and the bikes! The place was nice as well, just not cool.

Nice condo, clean, and as described. There was soap and sponge for the sink, dishwasher pods, and detergent for laundry. The only complaint would be the washer capacity was smaller than expected.

Wonderful Peaceful Condo

Great 2 bedroom condo with everything that is needed for a relaxing stay. The pool and tennis court were major pluses for us. The pool was not busy but the SHARC was packed. Lucky us we didn't need to go to the SHARC! Their were 4 adult working beach cruiser bikes...we brought our little guy's bike so we had what we needed. In fact, we biked every day and saw deer on every ride we went on. Loved being upstairs where no one was walking above us. We saw deer from the back deck across the bike path one morning. Perfect location. Portable AC was nice and a fan in every room. It was a hot week and the temps inside were perfect. Condo manager was friendly and helpful. We did check out the Lava River cave and that was fun! You will need mega lumen flashlights to see down there if you decide to go. We would definitely stay at this condo again sometime!

Everything was pristine. The reason for 4 stars is no propane when we started to Bbq our steaks. It was disappointing since the rest of our dinner was almost done. .The beds are very hard. We did not sleep well. I have owned vacation rentals at the Inn of the 7th, lincoln city, and on the Big Island of Hawaii. My beds were to die for comfortable. I made sure of it. I since am retired and use VRBO. My properties were sold before retirement. With the exception of my Hawaiian home. The volcano took it about 7 years ago. The only one I wanted to keep! It makes a huge difference in quality of stay to have a great bed to sleep on when away from home. Its cheaper to buy firm mattresses. They last longer but do nothing to add to your customers experience overall. I had a big repeat customer base due to comfort.

Awesome spot in sunriver

This was a great place to stay! We had 6 people and we all slept comfortably in very nice beds (even the pullout couch sleeper was brand new!) and we had plenty of room to play games, gather to eat, and relax with the entertainment system. The jacuzzi tub in the place was an added bonus to the master room. The kitchen had all the tools needed to make multiple meals. Check in was easy, even after hours, and the owner sent messages to welcome us and be sure we had all we needed, multiple times during our stay. The shared jacuzzi for the building is also super nice. You can't beat Sunriver's bike and walking paths right out the door and this condo is super near the SHARQ and Village one way, and the park the other. 10/10 rating for this place, we will be back! We are both born and raised Oregonians. As beautiful as all of Oregon is, our favorite place to relax and vacation is in Sunriver.

Sunriver is the perfect place to relax and have fun year around. We now have our unit available to us 24 weeks a year, but we still work and only have a few weeks of vacation, so we have decided to rent the weeks we are not using so that other people can enjoy our condo and Sunriver too.

We bought into this condo because it is not only our favorite place to stay and vacation, but also the place we can picture ourselves enjoying during retirement.

We love all the seasons at Sunriver. Summer is the perfect time to enjoy everything Sunriver and Central Oregon have to offer. Fall is a particularly beautiful time of the year when the weather is still good and Sunriver is less busy. Winter is very peaceful, quiet, and serene at Sunriver, especially when it's covered in snow! Spring rains do not stop us Oregonians from having fun indoors and outdoors.

この宿泊斜蚭のオヌナヌになった理由

We fell in love with The Ridge at Sunriver. Besides it's beautiful wooded grounds and natural landscaping, The Ridge has it's own updated private pool with large lounging area perfect for reading and soaking in the sun. There is also an outdoor hot-tub that is available year around. The Ridge Office is open every day of the week with helpful staff. The Ridge also has a large community room with ping-pong, games, books, and movies. One of our favorite features is The Ridge's private tennis and pickleball court.

Our condo is Unit 20 and we love it's location and orientation. It's located right across from the tennis and pickleball court and close to the pool, hot tub, office, and community room. It's on the 2nd floor which we love because of it's woodland views. It also has vaulted ceilings, skylights, and lots of windows which give our condo a very spacious open feel with lots of light.

The Ridge is perfectly located right next to the SHARC water park and a pleasant one mile walk to the Sunriver Village. Another beautiful wooded one mile walk in the opposite direction gets you to Fort Rock Park with playgrounds, ball fields, and pickleball courts.

We start relaxing the minute we get in the car to go to Sunriver because we know how peaceful it is. No matter what time of the year we go we know there will always be lots of fresh mountain air, blue sky, and sunshine. We love the long walks and bike rides, golfing at any one of the beautiful Sunriver or local golf courses, tennis, pickleball, or swimming, or just going for a day hike or drive to one of the many mountain lakes or scenic areas nearby. Our unit is so peaceful and quiet, the perfect place for reading a book in front of the new gas fireplace, playing games or putting together a big puzzle, or watching our favorite movies on the big screen TV. Wireless Internet makes it easy for us to check in to our work. The full kitchen has everything we need to cook without the need to go out.
