Welcome to Meadow House 70! A refreshed, ground-floor, dog friendly condo designed for a memorable getaway in Sunriver. Conveniently located off circle 3 near the heart of Sunriver, you’re perfectly positioned close to the village, marina, stables, nature center, and the popular SHARC Aquatic Center (six guest passes included), with miles of scenic bike and walking paths practically at your doorstep.

Step outside and discover two inviting outdoor spaces made for gathering and relaxing. The oversized, south-facing deck overlooks the 16th green and is ideal for morning coffee, afternoon lounging, or stargazing in the crisp Central Oregon air. Enjoy outdoor dining, comfortable loungers, and a propane Bar-B-Q grill while your dog has supervised play on the adjacent lawn. A private, fenced patio with a fire table and seating creates the perfect setting for cozy evenings and a convenient storage area for bikes, skis, or kayaks.

Inside, the open living area welcomes you with a wood-burning river rock fireplace (wood provided), comfortable seating, a sleeper sofa, streaming TV, and a dedicated desk space for remote work. The dining table expands to seat eight and flows into a well-equipped kitchen. You’ll also find games and puzzles in the buffet for easy entertainment.

The spacious primary suite features a king bed, Roku TV, and private bath. The second bedroom includes a queen bed plus twin bunk beds; a full bath is nearby in the hall. A washer and dryer, pack-n-play, and changing table are in the laundry room to help make traveling with little ones simpler.

With two dedicated parking spaces and a location close to everything Sunriver has to offer, Meadow House 70 is your comfortable home base for exploring, relaxing, and reconnecting.

The house is understocked to say the least! Not enough toilet paper, kitchen staples (as in none), dishwasher tabs, no coffee filters, 1 portion of shampoo/conditioner, etc. Dirty dishes, the floor had garbage on it. The worst- The “hot tub” that the ad boasts is actually at the SHARC. The worst place in Sunriver. Kids aren’t even allowed in the hot tub and not enough passes for our group. Such a let down. Oh, the parking was a fiasco and the staff were not helpful. Imagine arriving and being excited, unpacking and having no where to park and no guidance where we should park…. The blankets and pillows were nice though. The house in itself- “meh”. The amenities- “less than meh”.

There are pros and cons about this property. Pros:1. Since the property is in Sunriver, you're close to everything.2. The SHARC passes are a nice benefit, allowing guests to access the pool facility, tennis, pickleball, disk golf and more, for free. Accessing the SHARC without the cards runs 30/day/person. 3. The back deck area that is adjacent to the golf course is beautiful. The BBQ works well and it's a lovely place to sit out and enjoy a beverage, a meal or a game of cards. 4. The kitchen and bathrooms are basic but serviceable. 5. The linens (bedrooms/bathrooms and the provided pool towels) were clean and in good condition. 6. The internet wasn't working upon arrival; however I found the property managers helpful in resolving the issue. Cons:1. The biggest con overall with this property is that the carpet is very stained, and it's very visible right when you enter the door. We understand that this is a property that allows dogs, however the carpet still needs attention. If you do rent this property I would come prepared with slippers to wear while walking around. 2. The property is very rustic/dated. Small things around the property could use some attention (new couch, rust stains in bathrooms, cracks in countertops, etc.).3. There are no bikes included at this property, so be aware of that so you can bring your own or rent bikes (35/day/person).This property is not fancy, however it was serviceable for our stay.

Met our needs

The living area is very nice. the entire condo needs updating. The carpet is filthy. We showered then walked around and in 1/2 hour our feet were really dirty. Other than that, the condo was comfortable and met our needs.

The pictures posted on the ad are absolutely not a representation of the actual unit. The carpets are heavily stained. The condo stinks of dog - we brought our dog, have always had dogs, but the smell of the condo was terrible and overwhelming. The furniture is dated and literally falling apart. The last pic shows the plywood under the couch cushions to hold them up so you're able to sit on it. I laid blankets on the furniture before sitting on it. 2 previous reviews of these same complaints were not visible when I booked our stay, or I never would've booked it. We stayed about 16 hours, but we had booked it for 2 nights. I contacted the owners/Meredith Lodging as soon as we arrived to make them aware of the condition of the unit. They offered to clean it the next day. That was not possible as we would be at the pool and our dog would be in the condo. The time to clean it, would've been before our arrival. My kids are little, so I had to let them run around - my daughter's feet were black less than 45 minutes after running around the condo. We paid 800 for these 2 nights. I asked for half back, since we would be leaving less than 24 hrs after our arrival - I feel this was very reasonable. They refused, and instead, offered to refund half of the cleaning fee. That is laughable and absurd. I also escalated the issue to Vrbo who stated this was a minimal issue, per their standards. That is alarming and disturbing. There are no plans to clean the carpets or fix these issues.

Great condo, terrible furniture

This was our 4th trip to Sunriver. We love it there. This condo was great, all of the amenities we needed, location was perfect. The furniture however made us cut our trip short by a day. One couch has plywood under the cushions to hold them up. This made the couch unbearable for sitting and lounging. The smaller couch was also inadequate, as it just too small for adults to sit on comfortably.

Perfect outdoor Not so perfect Indoor

Beautiful setting next to Golf Course and wildlife. Baby Deer and mamma walked through yard each morning. Smell inside smelled like a 50 yr old camp trailer. Bedding was nasty. Needed blanket for son but appeared to have dog barf on one, spaghetti sauce on other and some mystery substance on another. Carpet very dirty.. didn’t dare walk without socks. Couch and beds had dog hair everywhere, we had to put spare sheets on couch before sitting down to enjoy TV…. Even found multiple spiders in bedding. Property didn’t feel to be taken care of very well.

Perfect condo for a couple or family of 4 and dog friendly. The condo is a little dated but still manageable for a week long stay. Great value for the money and close to everything in Sunriver.

Great home base for ski trip

This was the perfect home base for our ski trip to Mt. Bachelor. The kitchen supplies are on the basic side, but we made it work. Loved having a separate room and bathroom for the kids, and really loved being able to bring our dog. Would definitely stay again.

Family reunion 2nd house

Close to the main house we rented, puppy friendly, SHARC passes were great, property was clean and conveniently located. Easy to communicate with owner/manager.

Great Location!

This is a great place to stay in Sunriver. It is close to the Marina and the Village and the bike path. Air conditioning was wonderful. It is right on the golf course so it is peaceful and has a quiet back porch. They supplied pickleball equipment and plenty of space to hang out. The SHARC passes were super! The few complaints are that there is no garage, so no bikes for renters to use. It also says "hot tub" in the listing, but there is no hot tub at this actual location. There is also a lingering "smoke" smell from the fireplace. The condo is dated but comfortable.
