Welcome to SunKissed Getaway! A bright and spacious family-friendly pool home designed for comfort, fun, and relaxation. Perfect for families, groups, and IMG visitors, this home offers a private heated pool, cozy fire pit, BBQ station, mini golf, arcade games and outdoor games everyone will love!

Perfectly located just 3 miles from SRQ Airport, close to IMG Academy, Sara Bay Golf Club, and the best Gulf Coast beaches including Anna Maria Island, Lido Beach, Bradenton Beach, and Siesta Key.

Other things to note:

Amenities:
- Towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dish washer pods and trash can liners. Think of these amenities as a "starter kit". We recommend you bring additional items appropriate for your stay duration such as your favorite blankets, soap/shampoo etc..

- Check-in is at 4pm on day of arrival and check-out is 10am day of departure.

-Pets must be approved before booking. $150 per pet (non-refundable).

-We have cameras ONLY outside for everyone’s safety. These exterior cameras are located by the front door, driveway and around the back of the house. They record video and audio at all times.

-The pool heater is a heat pump system that relies on ambient air temperature. During colder weather, especially when temperatures drop into the 40s, the heater may struggle to maintain warm water.

-No refunds outside VRBO’s cancellation policy. Trip insurance is recommended. By booking you agree to all listing rules.

10/10 – Perfect Stay!Our stay at Sunny Escape was absolutely fantastic! The home was spotless, welcoming, and exactly as described—actually even better in person. The free heated pool was a huge hit, and we loved having the fire pit, arcade games, and all the beach gear ready to go. It made everything so easy and fun.The location was perfect—just a few minutes from IMG and close to great food, golf, and the beach. The host was responsive, kind, and made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We would 100% stay here again! Highly recommend!

Awesome stay! The home was clean and super cute. The host was readily available but not needed. It was the perfect place to stay for my daughter’s softball tournament! Definitely recommend.

We just had a fun girls weekend at this property to celebrate our dear friend getting married and absolutely loved it! The decor made everything feel so fun, on top of the place already feeling very clean. The host was very accommodating and easy to communicate with. I would stay here again!

prefect for large family

They literally thought of everything. Right down to pool toys, high chair and infant bathtub!! I'm so impressed. We enjoyed playing mini golf, arcade games and swimming. I highly recommend this vacation home!

Fun stay

Traveled for a soccer college showcase with another family and teammates. Had a great stay at a fun house. Communication was great with no problems during stay, highly recommend.

Fun Florida Home

We enjoyed our stay and the kids had a blast. Everything appeared to be brand new or recently remodeled. The house was clean and fresh and well taken care of. The pool was clean and a nice size that accommodated our three kids. We ended up using the putting green every night and sitting by the fire. The host was quick to respond and very easy to work with. She also checked in with us during our stay which was a nice touch. The proximity to the airport made it convenient for a weekend trip. Thank you!

Home away from home

We stayed here while visiting some friends and enjoying the Florida weather. Annie is friendly and so very kind. We couldn’t have asked for better accommodations. The home was warm, welcoming, and generously stocked with the little amenities that ease the stress of traveling. Kids had a blast in the pool (in January!), loved the thoughtfully placed outdoor games and put put. We enjoyed our family time at night with lively games and a couch big enough to seat the six of us comfortably. Location is perfect- ten min for errands, twenty min from the beach or highway. Thank you for your kindness- we definitely recommend!

Great property weekend stay

Well-presented home that worked great for easy travel to a soccer tournament we were attending in Lakewood Ranch. Enjoyable stay with nice amenities.
