Desert Home with private pool and spacious backyard walking distance (less than 1 mi) to the Indian Wells Tennis Garden. House has recent upgrades to include tile flooring and essentials to make for a comfortable and enjoyable guest experience. Enjoy all of the desert has to offer with great location close to El Paseo restaurants, shops, the Living Desert, and world class golf courses.
The 1,850 sq. ft. home offers three large bedrooms and two full bathrooms. Plenty of indoor/outdoor space to relax and unwind with family and friends. House sits at the end of cul-de-sac inside gated community for kids to ride bikes and safely play. Private Pool and Jacuzzi. Rating on Ai r BnB is 5 stars.

Palm Desert Tennis

House backed on a busy street that made the back yard very noisy to sit/relax in. A number of items in the house either need replacing, or just don't work. Not worth the price.

We are newer to VRBO host and your feedback will help us improve future guest stays, and we are committed to doing that moving forward. We will make sure to make the improvements you mentioned such as providing an iron, suran wrap, foil, swiffer handle/additional cleaning supplies, Kleenex, etc. Also going to upgrade the loungers in the backyard/outdoor dining table as well. I'm pressed for time. Overall, I thought the house was the worst I've rented, In the past we've rented in Ariz, Calif, Or, and Hawaii.

We enjoy hanging out by the pool, listening to music, and enjoying all the desert has to offer. We were newer to VRBO hosting since the beginning of 2024, and we are fully committed to making the most positive and enjoyable guest experience. As travel has become a big part of our lives, it is important to us that we are doing everything we can to help our guests build memories and enjoy all that we have experienced in Palm Desert.

We chose this neighborhood because it sits at the end of a cul-de-sac and has a large backyard with a private pool/jacuzzi, so it is great for families. Also, it is a fun for adult only getaway to enjoy its close proximity to great restaurants, shopping, golf & tennis!

This property is unique because it is very family friendly with a large backyard and sits a the end of a cul-de-sac inside a gated community, so safe for kids to play. It is also very comfortable for just an adult getaway to utilize the private pool/spa and take advantage of it's great location close to many restaurants and shopping.
