Cozy cabin-style house in the woods. Fresh air, slightly lower altitude than Big Bear, only a 1.5-hour drive from LA. The house is situated on flat ground and has a backyard which makes it perfect for parties with kids and pets. Lots of activities in the area include hiking, cross-country skiing, paddle boarding, fishing, and ATV riding.
The house is surrounded by 100-year-old pine trees. Huge entertainment deck with a beautiful forest view perfect for some yoga practice or a ping pong game.
There is a baseball field 5 minutes walk from the house.
Close to Lake Arrowhead, Lake Gregory and Skypark at Santa's Village

Great family cabin

We had a wonderful stay! The cabin was big enough for our whole family to enjoy. We loved the open floor layout, comfortable beds, and entertainment for the kids. Overall great experience!

Loved it

It was an amazing stay, wish the windows had the windows screens the windows were open when we arrived and so many bugs got in.

Family getaway

The property was just what our family and friends needed. The gated flat area was ideal for the kids. Ivan was very easy to communicate with.

Highly recommended even with a couple flaws

Property is in a very nice location. Had a couple issues but host was very responsive and made good on the situation. Definitely recommend.

Be weary of the property

Communication with the property owner was sub par. We arrived, texted waiting for a code to get in. Once we got in, we found the fridge broken and the owner was not very responsive about getting it fixed or finding a solution. There was alcohol in the cabinet, fridge, freezer. The broken fridge also had spoiled food inside. The utensils were dirty and looked like someone hadn't cleaned them. Be weary of the property..

Not the best!

For starters they need an updated picture of the property. It was raining when we arrived so we got wet and decided to wash our clothes and when we turned on the washer water started coming out from the back and had to use towels to dry the room cus it was a lot of water coming out. The microwave has food splattered everywhere, the fridge didn't work and wasn't notified of that,the sink and dishwasher were dirty. We started looking at the rooms and in one closet there was a big rat hole and big rat poops, the dining rooms light wouldnt turn on, we only had 1 roll of toilet paper in each room for a 3 day stay with no extras, none of the trash cans had bags but worst of all was gathered with my family in the living room and the rat running around the house like nothing which was freaking disgusting. I notified the owner and I could had let it slide but having the rat running around the house freely just couldn't do that it's unhygienic and disgusting!

Don’t stay here

This property should not be listed for renting. It was filthy. Washer was broken, flooded laundry room and kitchen and even though we contacted owner nobody ever came to look at or fix. All towels were used to mop up water so we had to go buy our own towels and sheets for the week we were there. Owner told us there was a rite aid nearby for towels and a laundromat we could go to. No window coverings or screens on any windows so no privacy and no way to have airflow without bugs. AC doesn’t work in living room so main living area was always over 80 degrees. Although we were told hot tub was just serviced and ready to go, it was only half full when we arrived and didn’t work. Owner instructed us to flip switches in fuse box multiple times. After full day of back and forth we replaced the fuse to get it to work. This was literally the worst experience we’ve ever had and can’t believe VRBO has this listed and the owner as a super host. Unbelievable.
