Living Spaces: The other end of the kitchen takes you into the living room with ample, comfy lounge seating, a wall-mounted TV and a handy wine fridge. The first level provides a family room, another great place to gather inside. There's also a half bath on the first level.

Outdoor Living Spaces: One of this home's outstanding features is its abundance and quality of outdoor living spaces. The third bedroom is the primary bedroom located on the second level. It has a queen size bed and, like the downstairs queen bedroom, is unusually spacious. It has a full bath en suite. There's a half bath on the second level as well. The lower level of the house provides an additional sleeping area with a queen-size bed and a full bath.
