This family compound has all the amenities you need for a restorative and fun filled family retreat-style vacation. You can walk to local restaurants, the Cape cinema, a local market, the Cape Playhouse; the oldest summer stock theater in America, the Cape Cod Art museum, plus lots of quaint shopping. And not to be missed are the world famous Dennis beaches very near by. This family compound is deal for your extended family.

The main house has 4 1/2 bedrooms while a detached 3 bedroom cottage offers plenty of space for additional guests to sleep. The detached upstairs garage apartment is generally not included in the rental and may come with a live-in, onsite caretaker for your convenience and comfort. Do ask in advance for this extra space if your family needs it, arrangements may be made. In addition to you and your guests, the House at Hope Lane has 3 resident inside/ outside cats who call this magical oasis home too. Arrangements for their care and feeding is requested when possible and supplemented when necessary.

If you love to nest at home or stay in and cook, then you are going to love the gourmet kitchen in the main house. It was designed and built for and by a gourmet chef and is fully loaded with everything necessary to provide beautiful meals. The cottage has a full kitchen too, just not as fun to cook in! There are both gas and charcoal grills and plenty of outside seating for dining al fresco. This is a place where magical memories are created.

The pool outside is tranquil, relaxing and beautiful. The surrounding grounds are fully landscaped and planted. There are porches and patios with ample seating where you'll find yourself enjoying lively and long overdue conversations with friends and family. There are shade trees and sun spots for where everyone can find their slice of heaven. For those in your family most active, the downstairs of the main house as a full work out room and ping pong table.
