Luxury 1BD/1BA condo with a queen bed on the 1st floor of a peaceful, gated community. it features private yard space, high-speed internet, a pull-out sofa bed, a new in-unit washer/dryer, and access to a community pool. Surrounded by local attractions like Towne Lake Park, Irving Mall, Las Colinas Urban Center, the Mandalay Canal Walk. This condo provides easy access to HWY 183 and HWY 114. Review the 'OTHER THINGS TO NOTE' section for more.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
IDs and Occupant Forms: Submit government IDs and occupant info within 24 hours of booking.

Pets: Declare pets before booking. Fees: $125 for 1st pet, plus $100 for the 2nd pet (max 2). Weight and breed restrictions apply.

Community Rules: Keep the community clean, leash dogs outside, and keep cats indoors.

Balcony Safety: Use safety gates for young children.

Parking Rules: Use designated spots, avoid fire lanes, handicap areas, and untagged reserved spots. Request a reserved space if needed.

Note: We are not liable for towing fees.

Lost Keys/Fobs: $100 fee for lost keys or fobs.

Fantastic place

This is so much better than a hotel room and I could bring my dog. I stayed for a little over 4 weeks while my house was being renovated. The only item I was not satisfied with was the internet connection. The circle of death appears on the TV screen while streaming almost constant. There have been evenings where I just couldn’t watch TV at all. Everything else about this place has been absolutely fantastic. Thank you.
