Thank you for taking the time to leave such a detailed review. We’re glad to hear that you enjoyed the location, cleanliness, décor, and the amenities provided, and that communication and check-in/check-out went smoothly. We’re sorry that the noise affected your stay. Our property is located very close to Love Field Airport, so aircraft noise is unfortunately something that is outside of our control. We understand that this may not be ideal for every guest, and we appreciate you pointing it out for future guests to consider when choosing the property. We also appreciate your feedback regarding the bed, curtains, microwave, measuring cups, and the other items you mentioned. We’ll review these items and make improvements where possible. Thank you again for staying with us and for sharing your feedback.
