This spacious Cottage is comfortably equipped. The kitchen has upgraded appliances and granite countertops. Perfect for cooking and baking anything your heart desires. The living room has comfortable reclining seating to enjoy the view, read a book, or watch TV. The Cottage is situated on 10 acres of open space and is very quiet yet close to everything you may want or need. Easy access to DC or Frederick. Shop at the outlets or Explore the several nearby Wineries and Beer Gardens. Take a walk along the C&O Canal or Ten Mile Creek. Close to Little Seneca Lake and Black Hills Regional Park. Restaurants, Movie theaters, and more are close by. as well. Watch beautiful sunsets from the comfort of your private porch. You can relax after a long hike by taking a nice soak in the jetted walk-in tub or shower under the rain shower head.

Quiet place with everything needed

Great communication with property owner. Very well maintained property with all the amenities that we needed. Friendly dog stopped by for some petting, so sweet.

An Amazing Stay!

I think Gail may be the best VRBO hostess ever! With abundant amenities throughout, she provided every comfort we could imagine. There to greet us upon arrival, Gail was easily reachable and reached out to us occasionally, just to be sure we had everything we needed. I’d look forward to staying at the Cottage House again, especially in warmer weather, for the opportunity to sit and relax on the beautiful porch.

Amazing

The hosts are wonderful!!! The property is beautiful! The area is very clean, plenty to do, see, and experience in the area. I would recommend this rental to everyone!!!
