Newly decorated stylish cabin on the Golf course and 3min walk to Lake, Davis Beach and Ponderosa State Park. You can Snow Shoe or Cross Country Ski in/out of this cabin in winters. Enjoy deer in your back yard! Only a short 3min drive or 5min bike ride to downtown restaurants. Three bedrooms all with King beds to accommodate a large group. Game room with Arcades, Atari video game, Foosball, Dartboard, Board Games and Arcade Basketball. Pellet fireplace and heated floors. Hot tub and Firepit. Snow shoes, sleds, beach equipment! Welcome to PONDEROSA!

GENERAL: Fast WiFi (>300Mbps), Keyless Entry, Complimentary Toiletries, Linens & Towels, in-unit Washer & Dryer, Air Conditioning, Heated Floors Hair Dryer, Laundry Detergent, Iron & Ironing Board, Starter Set of trash bags, paper towels and toilet paper.

PARKING: Park 3 vehicles: Driveway (3 vehicles), Garage (none, converted to Gameroom), RV/trailer parking available on adjacent lot on a first come first serve basis, free street parking.

PETS: Pets are allowed, select number of pets during booking. $150 per pet.

RULES: Quiet hours from 9PM-7AM. Please keep noise down during those hours.

SECURITY DEPOSIT: A refundable deposit of $300 is collected after your booking, this fee is not a charge, but a hold on the card and the hold will be released within 7 days after checkout. Contact host if you are under 25 years of age.

We enjoyed our stay in McCall! We came to ski both Brundage Mountain and Tamarack Mountain. Nordic Ski was the perfect place to stay. It was a great location, and truly fell in love with McCall! The condo was perfect, clean, and had enough room for our family. Prashant was a pleasure to work with as he was always quick to respond to all of our questions and very accommodating. The hot tub was a bonus after a long day of skiing. I would definitely stay here again!

The rental and the experience were voth great! A beautiful home with plenty of cool amenities, great for both adults and children as they have a solid game room, arcade games upstairs, plenty of TVs and ample space in the dining and living room for congregating, playing cards or board games and just spending time with eachother. The hot tub was great and the deer would just come up in the back yard and relax while you relaxed, fun to witness. The host was VERY quick to respond to all of my texts and was very helpful! I would definitely recommend this home and would like to visit it again.

Great rental and great property manager

We loved this rental. Great location, clean, loved the hot tub and arcade. Property owner gave very detailed information regarding the rental and was quick to respond when I had a question. We can't wait to stay here again.

Excellent!!!

This property is perfect for a couple or a family with multiple kiddos! The location to Ponderosa State Park, McCall Golf Course, and all of downtown McCall is perfect to ride a bike, walk or drive! Will absolutely be staying here again!

Perfect family house

We planned our annual family vacation and had heard great things about McCall. We wanted to be close to the water and town and this house was perfect. Being right next to the golf course was amazing. I think the guys golfed every day. We even brought our corn hole and shared it with the neighbors.

Great location, Great house!

This was a cozy place to stay in the winter with access to trails. It is conveniently located in town but doesn't feel that way. The hot tub made for a great way to relax when it dipped below -20F. Highly recommend.

Great Location - Perfect for a family stay

Property was in a great location. Close enough to downtown McCall you could bike, easy walk to the state park, and backs up to a gold course so it was very quiet. Enjoyed sitting in the hot tub at night and watching the stars through the tall pine trees, using the BBQ for a great family meal, and playing with our kids in the game room. Perfect family stay - booked it again for next year!

Super cabin, amazing views!

We had a wonderful stay at the modern cabin with beautiful views from the deck and hot tub. Our kids has a blast in the game room which kept them occupied for hours. Location was very convenient, very close to downtown and walkable to lake and we could even snow shoe from the backyard on to the Golf course. Will definitely come back again.

RULES: Quiet hours from 9PM-7AM. Please keep noise down during those hours.

SECURITY DEPOSIT: A refundable deposit of $300 is collected after your booking, this fee is not a charge, but a hold on the card and the hold will be released within 7 days after checkout. A non-refundable deposit will be charged for renters under 25 yrs of age,
