The cottage was super clean, well-appointed, and suited our needs perfectly. Jim, the host, was very responsive to messages, and very accommodating. The enclosed porch was a great place to sit and enjoy the weather that wasn’t quite nice enough for being outside, but too nice to be completely inside. The couch in the living room was incredibly soft. The bedrooms were comfy, no-frills, but everything we needed was there. The neighborhood was quiet and seemed safe. Just a short walk to the Geneva-On-The-Lake strip—though, the strip was pretty quiet during our stay in the off-season. This was a great location for our sporting event at the Spire Institute, an easy 15 min drive. Also, thanks again for being pet friendly! We will definitely check here to book again for an event at Spire, or a stay on the GOTL strip!

Cozy cottage

Perfect distance to walk to the strip. Although our power went out for 36 hours our host made sure we were okay.

Weekend getaway

This property was great for a weekend getaway with my husband. It was close enough to the strip to walk to everything, but also far enough away that you’re not right next to the bars. We enjoyed the fire pit in the backyard and the front porch was great for game night. If you’re visiting, GOTL, this house is a wonderful option.
