Cozy Ranch Bungalow in Parker
Rent the whole home for 30, 60, 90+ days and enjoy the hassle free stay with everything included! The home is a single story with an unfinished basement sitting at a total 3,200 sq. ft. with an attached 2 car garage, covered front porch, open kitchen with beautiful wood stained cabinets, white quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances including a gas range, LVP flooring, 9ft ceilings and more. The primary suite features a king size bed, t.v., desk and an attached en suite with double sinks, walk-in shower, separate water closet and large walk-in closet. Two additional bedrooms and a full bathroom are situated at the front of the home. Bedroom 2 has a queen size bed, dresser, nightstand and closet. Bedroom 3 has a bunkbed with full/twin mattresses, dresser and closet. The full bathroom features a deep soaking tub. The laundry room includes a washer & dryer. Additional features Include tankless water heater, garage door opener, A/C, beautifully landscaped fenced backyard with a patio, grass and foliage. Walk to Trails at Crowfoot community amenities including a heated community swimming pool, playground, 17-acre park, tons of walking trails, disc golf, pickleball courts and more.

Beautiful new and clean property
My husband and I enjoyed our month stay. We had all the amenities we needed and the host is very responsive. The home is well decorated and furnished and in a convenient location.

Felt like home!
We came in time for a wedding, an 80th birthday party, and moving a kid into college. It was so nice to have this location and space to call home for two weeks. It had everything we needed!
