Welcome to our cozy home near nature! Spacious and cozy 4-bedroom home, tucked just minutes from scenic Cherry Creek State Park — with its large lake, shaded trails, and biking paths winding through the hills. We provide bicycles free of charge, so you can spend the morning exploring the park and come home to unwind in the private inflatable hot tub in the backyard (fits up to 4 people) — right under the open sky, surrounded by trees.

The backyard also features a cozy patio under a grapevine-covered pergola: comfortable wicker sofas, a fire pit table for warm evenings, and a grill for summer cookouts outdoors — the perfect spot to gather with the whole group after a day of adventures.

The home sleeps up to 9 guests: bedrooms 1 and 2 have king and queen beds, bedroom 3 has a compact sofa bed (suitable for 1 adult or a child), and bedroom 4, on the lower level, has a king bed plus a full-size double sofa bed. Bright rooms and a fully equipped kitchen complete the picture. The perfect place for a peaceful getaway close to nature and quality time with loved ones.

Super nice place in a great neighborhood. Everyone enjoyed the stay. Lots of cool decorations but minimizing the little items would be a good idea if kids are staying there. Overall a great place to stay.

One of my favorite places to stay, to date! The place was exceptionally clean, homey, and had tons of room. There were 3 adults and 3 kids that stayed and we did not feel cramped at all. The outdoor space was fantastic. The kids played football, hacky sack, and got to have fun in the hot tub. We grilled out and got to spend time on the amazing sectional outside. The house is super close to a walking trail and we were able to use the bikes to get out and enjoy the evening weather. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need and every amenity was available. Best part was the communication! We had a few questions which I am sure would be annoying to others but our host was wonderful about responding and not making me feel like an idiot or nuisance. :) 100/10 recommend!

Beautiful home with lots of amenities. Check-in and out was very easy. Very comfortable. I wish the listing had mentioned that this is a tri-level home with the bedrooms on the upper and basement floor and the living room and kitchen on the ground level. I was traveling with my elderly father and he struggled with the stairs somewhat. Lots of beautiful decorations which were very interesting to my 4-year old, so it's more decorated than child-proofed. The rules for the hot tub state that the temp must be left at 75 degrees, so it's not actually that warm but it was still nice.
