Cozy 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom single-family home with fenced yard

This completely updated single-family home is located in the historic district of Olde Town in Augusta and provides easy access to the Masters tournament, the medical district, Fort Gordon/Eisenhower, restaurants, entertainment, and shopping. There are 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a fully stocked kitchen, dining area, and comfortable living room. You will also find laundry facilities in the unit as well as a fenced-backyard. Pets are always welcome, there is a $40 fee per pet.

Historic Olde Town Augusta, GA. Close to Augusta National, downtown Medical District, Fort Gordon/Eisenhower, Savannah Riverwalk, Miller Theatre, James Brown Arena and more.

There is one king bedroom with en-suite bathroom including a walk-in shower and anti-fog mirror. The other bedroom includes a queen bed. The second bathroom is located at the back of the house and features a tub/shower combo. The kitchen is fully-equipped and opens to the dining and living rooms.

There is parking on the street in front of the house. There is a shared driveway that is not accessible to guests. You will need a car to best navigate the area.

Mattresses seem overly firm. Pillows questionable. Need more utensils in the kitchen. Skillet pans overused. Very clean and cozy. Nice swing on the porch. Friendly neighbors.

Nice and Tidy

The property has a lot of up to date features from the wall, the fixtures, and to the floors. They covered all the basics from cookware to basic necessities. Check in and check out were both easy and reasonable..

Great Stay

Cute charming house! was close to my husbands family for our trip. the fenced in yard was great for our dog to run around it. there was a dollar general about a block down the road for any quick needs you may have. There were so many beautiful touches w. decor & furniture styles. Will be booking again in the future!

Very nice home and well renovated

Great place, but just needs a few minor finishing touches: no toilet paper rolls in either bathroom, and nowhere to hang towels in the hall bathroom. Also, would be wonderful to provide 1-2 laundry pods for guests.

Not a Smart TV in master

This home is beautifully furnished and spacious. The one big problem was the master bedroom TV is not a Smart TV as indicated. It's a TV with an Amazon Firestick and apparently the owner doesn't subscribe to any Apps. So if you want to watch TV when you're in bed, as my son did, and you are not subscribed to any Apps yourself, you can't watch anything. Fortunately I had my info with me was able to get the one program he wanted to watch but had to go through changing my password to do it and before check out, figure out how to delete all my personal info so no one else could use it. Other than that a lack of light at mirror in the master bathroom and the wide cabinet makes it difficult to do make up. Our stay was short and it was convenient to the medical complex which was what I was looking for. I was, however surprised at the total price for one night because it showed about $200 less than what it ended being after all the add on charges. Maybe this is normal for a Vrbo and now that I know, I won't use Vrbo again.
