Beautiful House, Great Location!!! Near Airport

Thank you for your feedback, I always hope to improve my listing to make sure my guests have wonderful experiences. But in this case unfortunately this is not a well-intentioned review, it is clearly intentionally damaging towards my business. This Lady has been registered on Vrbo for almost 4 years and doesn’t have any reviews, which was kind of odd to me. I tried to verify her identity and she didn’t like it, the rest you can read it in the review. This is a new listing on Vrbo and the experiences of past guests serve as a testament of the quality and experience of my listing. The house is listed for 8 people, not for 12 as she mentioned. The thermostat is set according to CPS recommendations for this winter which is a very comfortable temperature. About the concern of the furniture being switched according the rooms and their bathrooms, in this business that is done quite often in order to have more space efficiency; this is shown to the guests in the pictures of the listing. Along with that, clearly the bunk beds are not there for older adults and that is why there is a queen bed in a separate bedroom in the house. About the towels, there were 4 towels given because the reservation was for 2 people for 4 nights and we are committed to conserving our natural resources. On the other hand, I don’t provide condiments for cooking in the listing however as a courtesy for my guests I provide some of them and they are placed in the pantry (regular place for those items). Believe me, I am not trying to hide them from my guests, they are just placed in the pantry for order and cleanliness. She left out the fact that the house was super clean upon her arrival. In terms of the parking, I asked my neighbors about the incident, but it seemed like no one knew what I was talking about. The garage door opener is provided by request. Too many bad things in her review to be true at the same time.
