🚼 No infants (under 1 year), pregnant women, or people under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or medications allowed in the hot tub.
👶 Children (2-16 years) must be accompanied by an adult in the hot tub.
🌡️ Do not enter the hot tub if the temperature is above 104°F.
🛁 Use only the pool towels, not the white bath towels, for hot tub use.
🧴 No body lotions or tanning creams allowed. Shower before entering the hot tub.
💨 Turn off the high jets after each use.
🛠️ Replace the hot tub cover after every use.
🚫 Do not sit or lie down on the cover.
🧼 Leave the hot tub in the same condition as it was found.
❤️‍🩹 Anyone with heart issues, seizures, high or low blood pressure, or any other serious medical condition should consult a doctor before using the hot tub.

We also want to note that we went out of our way to assist with the TV by installing an antenna so you could access local channels when streaming was not working. Our handyman came by to set this up and personally walked you through how everything works to make sure you were comfortable. Given that the TV issue was resolved and no other concerns were shared during your stay, we are not quite sure what led to the 2-star rating. Thanks again for choosing to stay with us. Great little cabin—exactly as pictured. The game table and arcade were a lot of fun. Everything was clean, the kitchen was well stocked, and the location was perfect—right between Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg.

Wonderful modern cabin perfectly located between Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. The kitchen was fully stocked, the games in the shared space were fun to play and the views are relaxing. The host was very responsive to any issues and checked in periodically to make sure our stay was going well. Would definitely recommend and pet friendly!

We had a wonderful time here. The house is perfect, off the main drag and beautiful views. We had an issue with our TV but the host responded back promptly and even checked in on us the following day. We definitely would recommend to other families. Excellent place!

Loved Our Stay

We stayed for a little over a week and could not have been happier with our stay. The views were incredible, the location was peaceful and quiet but still easy to get to both Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. The cabin was clean and comfortable. Would stay here again if we come back. Loved the game tables, the kids and adults had a blast in the evenings playing all the games available.

Beautiful as can be!

Property was clean and everything just as the listing stated. We are definitely staying here again when we come back to town.

Love this cabin!!

Fantastic property manager!! Great communication and easy to use website and app. Comfy beds, fun gaming systems, and great hot tub. Beautiful view, spacious cabin, and exactly as described. Will definitely be back!!

Christmas vacation

We are a multi-generational family with 4 children, a grandfather, and our 3-year-old bernedoodle. We cherish the multigenerational family experience enjoyed by our children. We enjoy traveling as a family and have enjoyed staying in vacation homes during all our vacations. This inspired us to have our own vacation home. We worked hard to set up our vacation home with all amenities that we wanted as a family on our vacations with a very personal touch to the home. We want you to enjoy our home like yours when you are here with your family and friends. It is the whole experience of being at home away from home!

The home has fantastic views of the mountains, nestled in the woods and still close to to all the attractions, restaurants, shopping and outdoor activities. Whether you're looking for an action-packed adventure or a peaceful retreat, this cabin has something to offer everyone.

★🛋️Space and Comfort: With 3 bedrooms and open floor plan, you have ample space for your family or friends to stay in and enjoy their privacy. Additionally, the two master bedrooms provide extra comfort and convenience. All the bedrooms come with comfortable bedding.
★🎮Entertainment: Arcade console, Foosball table, card and board games. With Smart TVs in every room, you have the option to watch your favorite shows or movies from the comfort of your own bed.
★🍽️Fully Equipped Kitchen: The fully equipped kitchen and the coffee bar provide everything you need to cook delicious meals for your family or guests. This can save you time and money that you would otherwise spend eating out.
