Great location

We arrived on Saturday after wine tasting downtown. The location was perfect, exactly what we wanted. The kitchen was stocked with all the necessities we needed. They had a nice wide of games to choose from. The place was clean and a lot of towels were available in bathroom and laundry room. It was a nice touch to have the soap and lotion from the Pasolivos store below. I will say the only thing was that the master bedroom needs a shade on the window because the light definitely shines through from the other bedroom. I would definitely stay here again .

A great place to stay!

The penthouse was a beautiful, large, centrally located place to stay with a group of friends. The kitchen had all the ammenities to make a wonderful meal if you choose to cook. There are 2 parking spaces and one handicap in the back of the building. When you initially get there try to snag a space in the front of the building for easier unloading. Wine & oil tastings places, great restaurants and shops are just steps away. We will stay here again! and restaurantsstepsjuststepaway.

Girls getaway

Working with owners was easy .The state was excellent and so convenient when staying in the downtown area. What a gem right in the heart of Paso Robles will definitely use it again.

Amazing apartment on Park.

This is the perfect property for a girl's getaway! Walking to everything. It has a fantastic kitchen...which we didn't use because of all the amazing restaurants and wine tasting nearby. The beds were very comfortable and plenty of space for our group of four. I will definitely be back!

The homeWas spotless. I wasn’t grossed out by any room in the house, which speaks volumes! So nice, clean, comfortable and easy. Everything was within walking distance!

Paso Penthouse on the Park

We had a wonderful stay at the Penthouse on Park in Downtown Paso. Great, central location allowing for easy walks to morning coffee shops, shops on the square, or several excellent restaurants! The property had ample space and bedrooms for our group - and served as a great home-base after a day or three of wine tasting. We would definitely put this property on the shortlist for a return visit!

Loved it. It’s a great location if you want to be close to downtown. Everything is walkable. Management was helpful and responsive.

Great location and beautiful inside

What a great weekend enjoying downtown Paso Robles. You couldn’t ask for a better location. Across the street from great wine tasting rooms, amazing restaurants and the shopping just a few steps away from the penthouse. The property was Clean, beautiful inside, cozy and parking available. Super convenient!

Heart of town, walk anywhere, perfect for ladies trip

Our stay at this vacation rental was truly enjoyable! The location is fantastic—right in the heart of town, with tons of restaurants, cafes and shops just a short walk away. The space itself is tastefully decorated, giving it a stylish yet cozy feel. The beds? Super comfortable, and the whole place was spotless when we arrived, which was a great first impression. We appreciated the Keurig with a fully stocked coffee station. That said, for the price, I did expect a few more thoughtful touches. More towels would have been appreciated, as well as charging stations in each room for convenience. Also, the patio furniture could use a good clean—would have been nice to relax outside a bit more comfortably. Overall, it was a great stay with a few minor areas for improvement. The location and decor alone make it worth considering, especially if you’re looking to explore the local dining and wine scene!

Cant get a better location than this.

We had a great short stay here. Everything is so walkable from here. Great food, great coffee and great olive oil. I'll come back and spend some more time here exploring.

Perfect location for everything Paso Robles

The penthouse is perfectly located in the heart of downtown, steps away from shopping, wine tasting and a variety of restaurants. It was so convenient and easy! We even found a free shuttle to the fair a few blocks away. Our hosts were quick to respond to any questions we had and made it a seamless check-in and check-out process. The kitchen has the basics utensils and pans but if you need something elaborate or find yourself needing butter, vinegar or olive oil bring it yourself or run to one of the grocery stores or speciality shops nearby. The penthouse is right above the very cute Pasolivo store which has a wide variety of olive oil products. They make it easy on you! Our entire group loved it and want to go back again! Thank you for sharing your space with us!

Paso Robles Central

Three generations all arrived together in one vehicle so this location was perfect for us to come and go individually in town with ease. The roof top deck, around the table, or enjoying an evening movie together, there was plenty of space for together or alone time. The updates to this space created a beautiful blend of old and new with all the amenities to make a lovely stay.

Beautiful flat in a great location

Penthouse on the Park was wonderful and we would definitely stay here again. It's a great space with a well-appointed kitchen and a terrific outdoor space. Very clean, and spacious enough for a family of five to be comfortable. Well situated right in the middle of downtown and a very short walk to tons of restaurants and shops. Highly recommended!
