This is an excellent unit with a beautiful view from the living room and master bedroom. The kitchen is updated and well equipped with a large pantry, all kitchen equipment and smallwares and it has lots of (granite) counter space. The master bath is very nice with large tile shower and nice size vanity. Having beach service every day is also a plus because there is a set of charis and umbrella for every unit. The host was very quick about getting all of our questions answered and we especially liked the reserved parking space. If you are staying here, AJ's Oyster Shack up the street is really good and Stewby's (also right up the street) is so awesome; the seafood is super fresh and cooked perfectly. McGuires Irish Pub in Destin is always awesome and authentic and a great unique experience and it is still affordable to eat most of the food on the menu. This unit is located on a quieter side of the Island yet it is close to all shopping and restaurants. The unit is large and clean and updated and we already booked another stay in the building for July.

The pictures are very helpful but when you get in there it’s all the added touches that made it special! Folded towels and blankets, kitchen starter kit and bathroom options with towels and toiletries. Everything was quality materials and try and I might....i couldn’t find anywhere that a corner was cut to get it into rental mode to make money. This team genuinely cares about the experience and provided a home away from home for us. I definitely got teary eyed our last evening and up until we left. It was just full circle amazing. Thank you and I hope we can get this same condo again someday <3 also...we are not from California. From Illinois :)

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is the 2nd year we have stayed in the unit. It had plenty of room for 6 of us. It is perfect and we will be trying to stay here again in the future
