We had a fantastic time in this condo! Location was so perfect for us! Backyard was the beautiful bay and across the street was the beach! Close to all of our favorite restaurants. Had a few hiccups in the condo but maintenance crew was quick to respond! Would definitely recommend this condo!

The unit was clean when a nice view of the bay. The beds were comfortable. There was plenty of room for our family of six. There are a lot of stairs in the unit. That was not an issue for us, but just know if you are booking here it has two flights of stairs. One to get to the main level and another to get to the bedrooms.

Our family had a wonderful vacation! The location was sooo perfect for us (ages 15-45)! We brought our pup with us and having the grassy area and bay at your back door was wonderful! The beach is directly across the street and the dog beach a little over a mile and a half away, perfect to walk to and both were crystal clear! They have a trolley that runs constantly until 11/12 at night and my son and his friend (15yrs) took full advantage of it! Our family has decided to trade in Destin for Pensacola and return again next year!

Better than beachfront!

We stayed here for 4 nights w our family of 4 and had the best time! The location was great! We loved being on the bay. It was great having the green space for kids to run around in and spot to fish and play. Paddling boarding in the bay with dolphins was the highlight! Beds were all very comfortable and was a peaceful complex. The walk to the beach is on a protected path and was less than 5 mins. Close to bars, restaurants and ice cream but just outside the congested area. The only suggestion would be a hose for rinsing off. Other than that, we would book again.
View off main floor balcony. Great spot for meals and cocktails.

Best of both worlds

You have the beach access and you have the bay in your backyard! Bikes and paddle boards kept us active and the beach was beautiful for relaxation!

Beach vacation

We had a great time staying at this perfect getaway! The location was great and the condo unit was fantastic! It suited our needs 💯 %! Great access to the beach. Was very peaceful area, but close enough of a ride to get to restaurants, shopping etc. We would definitely stay here again !

Very nice! Quiet and in a great location close to everything. Had a hiccup with 2nd restroom shower (user error lol) but had a fast response from maintenance to troubleshoot. (There is a ring on the spout you need to pull down to turn shower on....we had a harder time than we should have lol) Love the property. There were four of us here having an extended girls weekend for my daughter's 21st birthday and we all had a blast. Also, the extra items were so useful! (Wagon, chairs, paddleboards etc.) We will definitely be back!

Not ADA compliant. Unresponsive service.

Do not stay here if you are the least bit mobility challenged. Tons of stairs, low toilets, no bedroom options on first level, no elevator available & none of this disclosed in the description. I thought that kind of stuff was the law now. Maybe not in Florida. Highly slippery floors in kitchen & master bath. 2nd bath toilet had broken chain, couldn't flush & that shower was installed completely wrong with no way to turn on shower but bath faucet works. Other safety issues include a slippery rug at the top of steep stairs from the garage & a very dark parking lot. Terrible service as you don't get to speak to an owner or anyone physically on property. I left an item behind accidentally and called the next day to retrieve it but they couldn't put me in touch with anyone & never got back to me. I have had to call back SIX TIMES over the last 2 weeks and finally got a "meh, sorry" equivalent and no hope of retrieving my property. WASTE OF MONEY!!

Great place for a beach getaway!

Beautiful view overlooking the bay, and quick access to the beach. It was great having access to paddle boards, bikes, and beach chairs. Everything we needed for a fun weekend at the beach! The townhome is beautifully decorated, and the beds were comfortable too. We enjoyed our stay!

Lovely condo with Bay & Beach views/access

We enjoyed this condo very much - we loved paddle boarding on the bay, bike riding down the beach path, and enjoying meals overlooking the bay. The condo was clean, the beds very comfortable and the « beachy decor » made it the ideal place for a weekend getaway!

If you can, rent this place

Everything about this place is excellent. The location, the layout and furnishings, the view from the back patio, everything you need inside the house to have a wonderful stay is abailable. The service if you need to call someone is outstanding. They checked on me the day after I checked in to make sure everything went well. I will be coming back here.

Beautiful home and view!

We loved the view of the bay which included dolphins in the early morning and blue herons fishing the bay bank. Limited ocean views but we had beach time so that was okay. It was very peaceful for the most part. One morning there was some construction noice from workers but we we’re leaving for the beach. Many amenities that we did not use but would have if time allowed. Bikes and paddle boards were two things we didn’t get to. Had a great visit to Pensacola and would certainly go back! Thanks for a great place to stay!

Great Place to Stay!

Beach 'N Bay was a very nice unit located on Sabine Bay in Pensacola Beach. The views were incredible! The unit was clean and well decorated. The kitchen was fully stocked with cookware and utensils, and the appliances are fairly new.

Great Location

Great location with the bay in the backyard and the beach across the street. Ft Pickens is close and a recommended visit. Check in was easy. The home was clean and well stocked. We enjoyed the beach chairs and toys in the garage. Ample linens and bath towels provided. Our only suggestion would be to provide enough beach towels for the maximum number of guests. There were only three. Overall we highly recommend Beach and Bay!

One of the best beach stays I have ever had!

Beach'N Bay was not only an absolutely beautiful place to stay, but that location made it a place that I hope to return to. In the backyard, you can have a leisurely walk by the bay. In the front yard, you can see the ocean and have your feet in the sand in a matter of several minutes. Lastly, this house is located close enough to the high energy of Pensacola, but far enough away to have a pleasant, uncrowded beach experience. The owners of this property were quick to ensure that we had an enjoyable stay and were always quick to respond to any questions. You will be so happy you vacationed here.

Great place to stay!!! Great location for hanging out on the beach. The kitchen was well stocked. Plenty of linens. Very spacious. Beautiful patio areas. Very clean. We will most definitely be going back. Thank you!
