This home is managed by Narragansett Properties. We are available to guests as needed.

The bedroom layout is as follows:

Bedroom 1 (2nd floor Primary) - Queen bed
Bedroom 2 (2nd floor) - Queen bed and pullout sofa w/ queen mattress
Roost (3rd floor) - Twin bed
Bedroom 3 (1st floor) - Double bed
Bedroom 4 (finished basement floor) - Double + twin bunk bed, twin bed, and pullout sofa w/ double mattress

**Bed sheets, bath towel sets, hand towels, kitchen towels, and bathmats will arrive in a big linen bag at your doorstep. The items are packaged in plastic to ensure that each renter is given a fresh set for their stay. This will mean making the beds, as I like to make sure that is understood as part of our efforts to put our renters' minds at ease regarding the cleanliness of the linens. Starter supplies are provided with each rental. Starter sets include at least: one roll of paper towels, one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, one dishwasher pod, one laundry pod, three trash bags, a new sponge, and small bars of hand soap in each bathroom. Guests will need to bring anything they'll need beyond those starter supplies.
