Welcome to your ultimate Hocking Hills retreat! This stunning property sits on 3.5 private, scenic acres and is packed with high-end amenities and unique features for families, groups, or getaway seekers.

Outdoor Highlights:

Enjoy a 25' round heated pool with a 4'6" flat bottom, built-in thermoplastic steps, and a thoughtfully designed lounge area perfect for water therapy, sunset watching, and relaxation. Seasonal May-October

Year round Custom PICKLEBALL court, built inside a 32' x 45' pole barn — Generating major buzz. Due to Guest request, available yr. round. No HVAC, dress for the time of year. Enjoy!

Year round unwind in the 7-person hot tub, covered by a cozy gazebo with additional seating nearby. Gather around the propane fire pit, or enjoy the horseshoe pit, corn hole, tetherball, and two seasonal hammocks for laid-back lounging. Don't miss the authentic 16' Tipi (May–October), fun for all ages and seats up to 10.

Indoor Features:

The main floor includes an open-concept kitchen, spacious dining area, oversized great room with a 75" Smart TV, half bath, laundry, and a hidden speakeasy-style poker room with its own Smart TV.

The newly finished walkout lower level offers a 65" Smart TV, wet bar with fridge, two bar-top seating areas, pool table, and a 60-game retro arcade console.

This property was amazing. There was something to do for all ages, we never left the cabin for four days because we enjoyed it so much. Plenty of room for all 11 of us with lots of space.

This is a beautiful property in an amazing location, with ample space and bedrooms for our group of 5 adults and 8 kids ages 6 to 17. The pickleball court and swimming pool were a big hit, and the spacious dining area made for easy meal gatherings and game playing. The home was clean on arrival and the beds were very comfortable. Chris was great to work with throughout the whole process, and quickly responded to all questions prior to our arrival. We would definitely stay here again!!

House was well equipped with the necessities and was very clean.Kitchen was well appointed.Beds were very comfortable, especially the king size bed.Pickle ball court, pool and hot tub were great for family gatherings.The Host (Chris) was very responsive to all our questions before and during our stay.

We had a fun family weekend! The pickleball court, hot tub and poker room was a big hit for the teens and adults! The large dining room had plenty of seating for all 11 of us to eat and play games. Chris was always responsive when we had any questions and was a great host. We will definitely recommend this gem to family and friends and hope to return again!

We had a wonderful time here. House was perfect for our large family vacation and Chris was super helpful. Pickleball and pool were highlights and the house had absolutely everything you could need. Really great place and plenty of room for the 14 of us (all 16 and older). Loved the Speak Easy too. Great trails nearby as well!! Can’t say enough about this one of a kind property.

Great place for a women's weekend away

Some friends and I got together for a weekend away and this place was WONDERFUL. It was clean, beds were comfortable, there were many spaces to congregate, and the kitchen was well-stocked. The proximity to a few restaurants and other stores was helpful too. Chris was responsive and helpful. I'd definitely recommend this place and hope we'll be able to return!

Great property for a family gathering.

Beautiful property that was big enough for the 11 of us. We could all gather together and then there was also enough space for the kids to head one direction and have fun and then the adults had plenty of space too. Work is in process to make it an even more enjoyable place.

Beautiful property! Amazing location!

This was a perfect location and stunning property that meets anyone needs! Kitchen is fully equipped. Location is fantastic, few minutes from little grocery shop and just 20-30 min (depends on how good you are at country roads) from Hocking Hills. The property owner was fantastic and easy to reach to answer any of our questions!!! Thank you!

Nice large house with lots of extras

We've stayed at this home twice now. Both times we've been impressed by the space and the amenities. There are more nice little details that makes this feel welcoming and home like. This time was early enough in the season that we could still use the fire pit and the pickleball court! The court is a little tight to some of the walls, but you can make up your own house-rules and it's very fun.

Large and clean

The property is big and has gave us plenty of space so we didn't feel on top of each other. The entire house and the hot tub were clean and in good condition.It looks like they have nearly completed the front deck and pool! I'm excited to come back sometime to enjoy that addition.

Easter Getaway

This property was more than we could have asked for. There was plenty of room for our party of 10 with six kids under 12. We were able to spread out and relax. The kids loved the pickleball court and the freedom they had to explore outside. The house was so clean and welcoming with up to date appliances. There was even a secret poker room. We were able to meet the owner and had a great conversation. He is very personable and we can’t wait to come back again!

Spectacular Getaway

The house is beautiful and very spacious. We had my family, my brother and his kids, my cousins family, and my mom and dad (13 of us total) and had plenty of space for everyone to gather together and separate when needed. The kitchen was fully stocked with appliances and gadgets making family meals a breeze. The hot tub was very nice after our long hikes in Hocking hills which was only a 20min drive. The owner was very accommodating to our family needs and went above and beyond. Very easy to communicate with before during and after our stay. Would highly recommend this place and would definitely stay again.

Perfect! The home was immaculate and stylish. Kitchen stocked with all necessary items. The pool was the star of the show. Plenty of space here to eat, lounge, and socialize indoors, as well as plenty of outdoor activities. Too hot for pickle ball during our stay, but what a great addition to the property . The firepit area was cozy with lights and provided roasting sticks. Hot tub was wonderful in the evening. . Owner had quick response times for any questions. One of the best places we’ve rented. Relaxing trip away

The home is fully stocked with anything needed for your stay. We had a group of 11 people and had so much room. 3 & 1/2 bathrooms was very helpful with that size of a group. Little town close has nice restaurants and markets. Hocking hills state park was only 20 minutes away. We all enjoyed the hot tub and all of the spa towels provided. We loved the pool table in the basement also. We were sad that the TP wasn’t up but understand that it is only seasonal. Plenty of outdoor furniture and the fire pit was a nice touch. Would recommend this house to anyone looking for a getaway.

From Columbus Ohio. After some time in college, my career path had me living and working in many states. After moving back to Ohio (Southern Ohio) in 1999 my lodging business journey began. Starting with small properties to eventually having 3 five star lodges that slept 28. From 2021 to 2022 I sold all 3 of the Lodges, and thought I was ready for something else. Until this property became available, now here we go again. Absolutely love creating something special, and enjoy having guest making treasured memories with family and loved ones.

As well as being a mile to the Laurelville town square for all your supplies and other needs. Groceries, gas, banking, auto, hardware, diners, pizza, the historic Laurelville Fruit Farm, Tourism center and more.
