7th floor, Relaxing & comfy place, 1 bedroom with 2 double beds, small kitchenette equipped with all basics, AC, flat screen TVs in bedroom and living room.
Sheets and linens provided.
Free WiFi and cable TV available.
*Pets are not allowed.
*Beach items are not included due to damage/loss of these items.
*Towels are provided for showers only.

Guest Access:
The condo is rented in full. Guests have access to the entire place. Owners are not on the premises while guests are staying.
*Pool is currently open with code (unless there is a sign saying otherwise)
*1 parking spot available. Please notify the host in advance if arriving with more than 1 vehicle.
* Motorcycles and trailers are not allowed

*This is a non-smoking facility.
*NO mailbox for this location.
*Washer/Dryer available on 3rd, 7th, 11th floor

The Neighborhood:
Close to the beach and Ocean blvd. Only few minutes away from all main attractions, many attractions are in walking distance, restaurants, mini golf and beachwear stores.
