New Landmark Resort Direct Oceanfront - Low Floor!

Located in Landmark Resort, this condo has recently been remodeled. It has a new KING-sized bed and sleeper sofa (sleeps up to 4). This condo is perfect for getaways with a mini-fridge, microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker and sink in the kitchen area. Located in Myrtle Beach, SC in Landmark Resort! Appointed with a refrigerator, microwave oven, LCD TV, and private bathroom are included in this condo. You can also see the waterpark from the balcony.

Heated pools, Indoor pools, and a private balcony and hot tubs! FREE WIFI! We hope you enjoy this condo as much as we do!

Conveniently located in the central part of Myrtle Beach, enjoy the ocean view from your private balcony or relax in the beachfront pool! A short drive from Broadway at the Beach, Market Common, Ripley's Aquarium. Many of the area's popular attractions, restaurants, golf courses, and shopping are a short drive away.

Abundant amenities await you at this beachfront resort. Features include both indoor and outdoor whirlpools, a spacious pool deck, and social areas. Indoor pool with hot tubs that have a great view of the ocean. AND BEST OF ALL FREE WIFI!

Note: This condo will not have access to the waterpark that is located in the back of the property; and no access to 40-foot-tall waterpark! There is also no access to the onsite Starbucks, food, and bar at the pool and mini-golf.

Note: Spa 1 is closed due to aesthetic chase above the spa needing to be removed.
Spa 2,3, and 4 are closed for leak detection.

Disgusting and dirty. Insects on sheet, which appeared to not have been changed. Dirty floors with used toothpicks on them. Hallways had food and debris on the floors. Did not stay after a four hour drive. Have not heard from the team, at this point. Beyond disappointed

Loved the place. Very convenient. Did not love that they waited until time of check in to do a verification of my ID and credit card. That was pretty inconvenient to do while traveling. Besides that we had a lovely stay.

Overall we enjoyed our stay. The room could use some minor fixes but was satisfactory for our needs. Tub had a drip, light switch was slightly damaged etc. The location and access to the beach was excellent! I think the communication could have been better (more timely responses). We would definitely stay here again!

Great location!

We were in the perfect spot to enjoy the beach and pool with the convenience of being so close to our room! We had a blast and the kids did as well!

This unit has a refrigerator, microwave, LCD TV, and views of the waterpark. Great location for entertainment in the surrounding areas! The great pool area and sun deck are perfect for relaxing by the ocean. Steps from the beach!
