Great stay at this home with a large group of friends! Would definitely stay again. Owner was also easy to communicate with and granted late check out for an extra fee.

We had a great time at this property. The house was nice and it worked well for our 21 guest. There were a few things that could’ve been better. The bin for the trash was too small, and the air hockey table didn’t work. Some bathrooms only had one roll of toilet paper, but nothing major. The front yard needs some attention. They responded to me and my questions in a timely manner. My family was pleased with the accommodations. The location was great.

Kids loved the water park. Only one set of towels per person was unacceptable and caused significant hardship on family. Accommodations were well worn but acceptable.

Great house

The property was wonderful but the landlord (a management company) was difficult to communicate with. They didn’t get emails I sent and wouldn’t answer questions on VRBO messaging. A bit frustrating but overall a good visit. We would probably use them again.

We recently stayed at this property and overall, we did enjoy our trip and made the best of our time there. Communication with the host was great, which we appreciated. However, there were a few issues that future guests should be aware of. Upon arrival, there was a noticeable odor of urine and pets throughout the home, and we ended up purchasing cleaning supplies to help manage the smell during our stay. Additionally, the dryer was not working properly, the microwave had some issues, the freezer door handle was broken, and the water did not stay warm for long. While these concerns didn’t completely ruin our trip, they were definitely inconvenient and not what we expected based on the listing. I hope this feedback is helpful for improvements moving forward.

Best house rental experience.

We rented the property for a group of 17 people for a music festival weekend. The host answered every single phone call regardless of day or time and dealt with every request in a timely manner. No request was left unanswered. A useful guide to the house was provided after booking that answered most of our preliminary questions. When we inquired about the extra cleaning service that was offered, we thought the price was on the expensive side. However, it was the most impressive cleaning service we’ve ever experienced. Everything was spotless, every piece of clothing left out was folded or hung up, everything was organized. 10/10 will be booking for next year in the coming weeks.
